There's a little used bookstore near my house where the staff are awkward, but they leave you alone, and the children's books are all hidden away with little sofas and things. I have never seen anyone under the age of 40 there, so I had that section all to myself. Today I went to get my monthly armload of books... and it was empty! D=
The economy has claimed a valiant ally... emo emo

I wish I had a bookstore like that!
Stupid economy, eating everything cool.

That sucks.
The only independent bookstore somewhat near me is pretty awesome, but it's not really "cozy." It's all used books, and they are everywhere in this big area. It's a maze of bookshelves and book stacks.

Used bookstore = amazing. I don't think the independent bookstore near me has many childrens' books...and it only has two chairs, but it somehow is still cozy? I like going into it. But was the section empty because people had bought all the books or because they'd just gotten rid of all of them?
