((-Memory's Skyscraper-))
Memory's Skyscraper is a huge building
between other buildings. As if it was being
separated from the others on purpose. Could
there be a reason for this?

Silence. Darkness. Hollow. These were just a few qualities that would describe the Memory's Skyscraper. The building had been abandoned for quite some time. Not a single person had roamed these halls since the Organization was defeated many years ago. But tonight was different, tonight, deep beneath the skyscraper in a laboratory that had once belonged to Vexen, of the Organization, a person would roam these halls once again. Within a chamber filled with these pods, were artificial beings created by Vexen. By some unknown means, a pod had opened up. Was it a malfunction? Or had someone come here deliberately and opened one of these pods. These were the first thoughts of Xceed, a weapon Vexen had made. Xceed stepped from this pod as though he were a newborn babe. He was able to think on the level of one who'd lived in this world for a fragment of their lifetime. Yet, these were his first moments outside of the pod. Or so he thought. The room was covered in darkness. Any normal person would be incapable of seeing a thing, but Xceed's eyes adjusted enough to see his way around. There was a data pad attatched to the pod he'd risen from. He read it over to gain some insight as to who he was or where he was. The data pad read:

"Project ID: X00013
Codename: Xceed
Description: A being made for merely militaristic purposes.
Notes: There's something different about this one. He is incapable of using magic, but in terms of fighting ability, he's exceeded my expectations. This one could very well be one of our most powerful assets. Both Xcalibur and Xcution were given to him. The latter greatly makes up for his inability to use magic."

"A being made for militaristic purposes? Am I some kind of weapon?" Xceed thought to himself. As he read on, he saw the mention of Xcalibur and Xcution. He searched himself and found a gun and sword strapped to the back of his waist. "These must be the tools mentioned in the notes." Xceed put the pad back where he'd found it. "But....Who wrote all this? How did I get here? And....Why can't I remember anything?" These were just some of the infinite questions passing through his mind. Whatever the case was, he knew he would not find answers by staying here. He needed to escape.

The newborn began running down the hall of this chamber. As he ran, he took notice of other pods lined up against the wall he was on. Each carrying people of varying characteristics. Xceed thought to himself if he should release them as well. But then he thought of what the consequences might be. Would these people be just as clueless as him, or were they made to keep him here. He'd no way of knowing, so he left them as is as he continued his escape. The boy ran out of the room into another long hallway. The facility was littered with connecting halls and rooms, but none of them led out of here. Xceed ran through this maze as though it were random, but, it appeared to be instinct. He could not remember this place, but he felt as though he'd been here before, as though he knew where to go. It seems his suspicions were correct, the path he followed made a b-line for the elevatour. "That must be my way out." He thought as he ran for his salvation.

Upon entering the elevatour, Xceed noticed there were many buttons to different floors. But, what was truly strange, was there was a panel beneath those buttons tat required a key to access. Yet, over the years, the lock had become worn and Xceed managed to crack it open. There he saw buttons with extra floors, each with a, 'B,' before them. He also saw a long button that read, 'Emergency Power.' The facility was closed down for so long that the electricity had long since been used up. Lucky for Xceed, the backup needed to be activated. He immediately pressed the button and temporary power returned to the facility. The monitour telling him which floor he was on read, 'B17.' Xceed immediately pressed the button that read, '1,' and prepared to be taken to the first floor. The elevatour ride was rather short, if he'd been on one of the B50 floors, it would've been much longer. Either way, the elevatour arrived, and with a simple chime noise, the doors had opened up.

Xceed exited the elevatour to see he was in a large lobby. Behind him was a wall littered with elevatours. Obviously so many people could pass to and from their destination without much of a wait. Before him, however, was an empty foyer and a line-up of glass doors and windows acting as the exit. Though, with a simple two steps forward, Xceed managed to make out a strange noise. He looked up to see some giant machine falling from the high ceiling. The mechanization landed and shook the ground, it was at least ten times the size of Xceed. On it's chest, it bore a symbol that was an upside down heart with three spikes. The rest of the world knew this as the nobody symbol, Xceed, knew nothing of these creatures though. Was this creature part of the old security system? Was he activated by the temporary power Xceed had returned to the facility? Whatever caused it to attack did not matter right now, in an instant, almost like instinct, Xceed unsheathed his blade and dashed through the creature in the blink of an eye, thinking, "Zantetsuken." Xceed landed and sheathed his blade, with the final click of his blade to the sheath, the creature was cut in half and exploded. The explosion caused some damage to the lobby and blew out the glass on the doors and window. Xceed was surprised after all this, he just ran out into the rain and fell to his knees in the center of the plaza. The boy took a deep breath and finally shouted. "Who am I?!" These were his first words. Words that echoed throughout the entirety of this Silent. Dark. Hollow city.User Image

"I had a dream about others.... They were older than me. They were kind to me... Maybe they're my friends. It was a dream, about others. They trusted me. But...Who are they? And....Where am I?"

After finally waking up, Akira looked around him and found nothing but some wide dark area. He looked behind him and saw this very tall tower. His head was hurting badly, and he was on the floor. He got to his feet and streched his arms. Nothing made any sense on where he was. What he was doing here, or how he got here. Akira was more confused than anything in the world. As he started to walk, Akira saw this small pillar of sunshine come down from the sky... Especially since it's really dark here. He walked up to the small light and wondered what to do now.

A light portal appeared in the middle of the memory skyscraper. Roxcent fell out of the portal. No wait Haranu, Roxcent yelled. No this can't be, Roxcent felt sad. He turned around to the otter darkness. Man where am I,Roxcent looked around.

User Image"Wow, kid, you sure are lost," a voice from the darkness laughed as a 6'3" emerged from the shadows. He extended a fingerless gloved-hand to the boy, grinning like a cheshire cat. The Nobody regarded the young man with heterocromic eyes. "How the hell did you manage to get to the World that Never Was?"

I fell out of a light portal that my friend created in order to save me from the Heartless,Roxcent explained. I don't know why he would send me here though,Roxcent crossed his arms.

While standing in the light, he heard other people coming to him. One was a blonde guy who had messed up looking hair, but really good clothes. Another was some guy with three kinds of wings all over him. ._. .......Fairy wings? Akira shook his head just to focus. Ugh! whatever! Hey um... Mr. Fairy guy? Where Am I--- At that moment, he felt something squishy under his feet and saw that the floor just had this black inkish color. It felt like quicksand and he was getting pulled down faster until he sunk completely.

User Image"Light portal?" the being repeated, cocking his head slightly to one side. "That mean you're from the Realm of Light, then?" The Nobody crossed his arms across his chest, still grinning, and raised his head, appraising the boy up and down. "Huh...I wouldn't know either. Maybe he didn't know where else to send you, but I guess here's a better place for someone from the Realm of Light than someone from the Realm of Darkness." Stepping back, he unfolded his multiple wings and gestured at the immense city surrounding them. "This is a world in-between the realms. The World that Never Was exists on its own, even though it's not supposed to exist at all. This place in particular is called Memory's Skyscraper, but it's just another building in this city. You're standing in the City that Never Was."

Leaning back, Kit shuffled his wings and flexed them, stretching them out in all directions. "Why did your friend send you here? You must have been in some pretty deep s**t to have to escape to a place like this. Far as I know, only Nobodies like me know how to get here and how to leave. This light portal business is something new to me. Do y'know how it works?" He ran a hand through his wavy, black hair. "Maybe you can use it to get back to wherever you came from. The Realm of Darkness may not be a place for a person of Light, but neither is this world. It's too close to the darkness in itself. You might get swallowed up."

"Hm?" Hearing another voice speak up...and presumably addressing him, Kitomyx flicked his feline tail, perked his cat ears, and directed his attention toward the second stranger. "Well, if you were listening, sweetheart, you'd know that this is one place you shouldn't be. At least if you're a Somebody with a heart." He folded his six wings tight against his back. "And my name's not 'Mr. Fairy guy; it's Kitomyx. The Shapeless Shifter - Kit for short. I'm a Nobody." He raised a brow as he noticed the black inky substance quickly pooling below the boy's feet. "Whoa, careful now - " He grabbed the red-head's arm as the boy began to sink into the ground, staring at the darkness. Was it the Heartless...?

The city was quiet. Everything seemed to be dead and still. Out of the metropolis, there were probably only ten "living" things roaming the streets. The constant rain only added sorrow to the mood of the city. Was it even a city or something more along the lines of a hunting ground. The strong preying on the weak. Cloaked in the light rainfall stood a man. He stood atop the skyscraper, overlooking the sorry world. His snow white hair seemed to gently dance in the small breezes that passed by every once in a while. His bright blue eyes glared at the massive white castle that floated above what seemed to be the edge of the world. It now only housed massive amounts of nobodies but at one point in history it housed the infamous Organization XIII.

As the man stared up at the castle, he couldn't help but notice a strange noise. It sounded like a zap followed by a constant humming. He turned around to look down at the courtyard behind him. What he saw intrigued him. the lights on each floor of the building started to turn on from the ground floor up. It seemed someone or something had restored power to the building. The man knew that the building was a secret laboratory that Vexen had used to experiment on his subjects. The man knew that it could be one of three things: 1. A random heartless or nobody had accidentally flipped a switch somewhere, 2. Someone had turned the power back on just for kicks or 3. one of the experiments had awakened and returned power itself. The man had hoped it wasn't the third option. Vexen was known for running some crazy experiments that were extremely dangerous. There was a slight moment of silence after all the lights had finished turning on but it was quickly broken by the sound of an explosion. As the building vibrated below his feet, the man's fear had been reassured.

He watched down below as the sound of breaking glass rang through his ears. He gripped his scythe in his right hand tightly, preparing himself for anything. Next thing he knew, a boy barged through the front doors and ran out into the center of the plaza. The man listened to the boy's cry and grinned. "So, no memories, eh?" the man whispered to himself as he stepped up to the edge of the building, still watching the boy down below. He stood for a couple seconds before taking a step off the building. The man gripped his scythe in both hands as his coat tails flailed around behind him. His body fell like a rock, feet first, but just before hitting the ground, his momentum slowed to an almost complete stop. As his left foot touched the ground, the man looked up at the boy in the middle of the plaza. He then looked behind him at a blown up lobby. He didn't know what could've caused the explosion but he did know it had something to do with that boy so he turned back to him. "Hey, you lost kid?" The man yelled to boy. He gripped his scythe, as if preparing himself for an attack. You could never be too sure with Vexen. As he waited for the boy to respond, the man couldn't help but notice a few others a little past the boy. There seemed to be some heartless heading their way too. He didn't want to make the first move, however. That would put him in a very bad situation so he decided to wait for the boy to respond, hoping the others had what it took to handle their own.

The unceasing rain continued to pour from the sky with no end in sight. Th sound of the water falling from the heavens made a rather irritating pitter-patter sound with no breaks in between. It was rather annoying, at least to this man, a man who, as far as he was concerned, had never heard, or seen for that matter, the rain before. What Xceed had found most annoying was that he'd began to get soaking wet. His clothes pressed to his skin and became slightly heavier. His hair had done the same and began to drop downwards and at as a guide for the water to drip downwards. Yet, in th midst of this obnoxious weather, Xceed had come to enjoy it. This feeling, the constant drops of water hitting him from above, it became rather soothing. Xceed rolled over onto his back and basked in this storm. Th dark sky above was so captivating, his eyes grew heavy, before they'd finally shut.

Sadly, this man's peace did not last long. There was a noise, much different from the splashing of the rain. It was the flapping of an individual's clothing. At first, Xceed thought nothing of it. However, moments later, there was a tap on the ground, as though someone had landed from on high. Xceed opened his eyes and heard the voice of another. Xceed lifted his head up only to be welcomed by the sight of a white-haired man. Xceed managd to analyze this newcomer's body language rather well, he'd taken a rather offensive stance. The way he gripped his scythe was threatening. So, in almost an instant, Xceed did a backwards somersault then used the momentum from his lower body and his left hand to spring off of the ground. Meanwhile, with his right hand, he pulled out his gun, Xcution. The moment he landed on the ground, he was aiming at the man that stood before him.

The youth locked eyes with the white-haired man before him. Xceed's eyes were cold and soulless, full of the intent to kill. This bloodlust was natural for Xceed, it was instilled in the genetics he was made from. However, Xceed knew nothing of his origins and simply saw this as a perfectly normal reaction. "Who the hell are you?!" It was interesting that his question to this man was the very same question he'd asked himself just moments ago. He'd not found the answer to his first inquiry and already he expected another to answer to him. "Listen to me very closely, I don't know where I am or who I am. So this situation isn't going to end very well unless you put an end to that stance you've taken. Think about it for a moment, I've a gun and you've a scythe, with range, I have the advantage. I'll holster my weapon if you'll do the same." He said in an attempt to resist the urge to kill this man. For all he knew, this man might've had some answers, and he couldn't risk killing him without asking a few questions first. Then again, he could be wrong.User Image

The man grinned as he released the staff from his left hand. He then placed the the butt of the scythe on the ground to his right, still gripping the scythe with his right hand. He was opening up to show the boy that he meant no harm. "My name is Yuushirou. Yuushirou Mikazuki." He yelled to the boy. The man was trying to comfort the boy so he wouldn't be so on edge. He knew that even if the boy had shot, the bullet would never touch him. He didn't want to reveal this to the boy just yet since he might take it the wrong way. "Now that I've set my weapon aside, you should do the same." Yuushirou didn't want any conflict to fly just yet. He didn't know who or what the boy was but the way he moved was pretty threatening.

"I'm sure you have plenty of questions to ask and I think I may be able to help you. But only if you're to help me with something." Yuushirou knew it was probably not a good idea to bargain with a pissed off experiment but he could use some help with what he had planned. "You see, I'm what some would call an Antibody. My existence and sole purpose in this life is to exterminate. I've been in this business for quite a while now and it seems that I'm the only one left of my kind. It gets kind of lonely once in a while so maybe we can help each other. I help you find out about yourself and you help me fulfill my purpose. What do you say?" Yuushirou figured the boy would listen to reason and go with him so he started to make his way down the front staircase of the building and into the courtyard. He stopped about 10 feet away from the boy so he wouldn't get too close and set the boy off.

Akira's eyes shot open, when he realized he had been sleeping the whole time. Oh man... What happened? How'd I ended up here again? Akira wondered as he looked around. This time, no one was there. Akira had then risen to his fett and stood. The last time he was taken here, was the first day. Now he has to look around. I gotta see what's happening this time! He said, as he summoned his golden keyblade. He started off towards the castle that is beyond the tower. in a way, that dark tower reminds him of the clock tower back in Twilight town...

A star gleamed for a second, then stopped. A soft wistaling slowly grew louder. A blue ball could be seen slowly growing. Eventually, the wistaling grew to a scream as the blue light turned out to be a blue ball of fire. The wistaling stopped when the blue ball of flam suddenly stopped. Four neoshadows appeared around the blue flame. When one of them attacked, the blue flame expanded, bloweing them away, and destroying one of them.
A robot landed on the ground where the ball of fire was, it's metal armor hissing red. The second neoshadow went into the ground and attacked the robot, pushing it up in the air. The robot landed on the ground and looked at the neoshadow, while three others slowly crept up on it.
