I just started getting a lot of text messages that PSN is back up and running but so far I'm just getting on and up-daiting but idk what is active atm.
You can also check up on the blog site since they may have a lot more info from what I know of.

EDIT: checked out the blog and aparently not everyone can be back online just yet. There is a map that shows where it is working and if your not in that state then it should come online soon. Heres the link to check out for yourself

From what I've heard it should be working for all North America and Canada. Europe still doesn't have it yet.

Most of the services work except the PS store.

yeah but I heard the stores gonna take like another month tho but im not really sure on that. I hope it doesn't tho.
