If you only show whitelisted images, it usually only won't show it in a preview... but when you post it, it should have a little police officer thing that you can click on to see the picture...
If you have it set to see no pictures, then you just won't see it unles you change that setting...
If you have it set to show all pictures, then the only thing i can say is make sure you have the whole code copied and pasted into your post....
