The Titan's Technology Room is one of the most advanced technology building known to earth. Very few other places can even rival the technology that made here

 Carol stepped out of the cylinder elevator's interior and onto the platform of the Tower's sixth floor. She still had Wagner's The Ring of the Nibelung with her, which she carried in her left hand, swinging against her long, patterned skirt as she walked towards what looked like a main lobby.
Hm.. now what she thought to herself, not seeing anyone she could talk to. As soon as she took a step further, a feminine voice sounded.
"Welcome to the Teen Titan Technology Room, Carol Reed" The robotic, nearly monotone voice seemed to be coming from the space of the room itself. Carol immediately assumed the entire floor must be a giant computer.
After a pause, the voice sounded again,
"What would you like for our systems to help you with today"
Carol was at a loss for words, amazed and distracted by the mysteries of the room. Technology hadn't been her expertise, but she sure was starting to develop an interest in it since she moved to the building.
"Uh.. yes, um, I would like to file a request for a portable universal translating device" she began, raising her voice as she did not know if her request would be 'heard' by the computer or not.
"Would you be meaning for a hand-held device, an ear-wrap device, or a brain chip translator " the voice replied.
Brain chip? That last one sounded too complicated (not to mention the invasive, brain surgery that she imagined would have to occur. the entire teen titans group couldn't risk being off duty for such a procedure). Her silence as she thought resulted in the computer speaking again,
"We are currently working on new studies of technologies and can notify you of new models and modes of translating if you wish to wait"
"Oh, no that won't be necessary at the moment. I'll take the handheld and ear-wrap translators" Carol responded.
"State quantity"
Carol gave it a moment's thought. "50/50"
"Request processed. Your devices shall be ready for pick up in 1 hour"
"..Thank you" Carol nodded and left the room hastily. To be honest, the surrounding voice creeped her out.

After failing to get intouch with Carol on the sick Bay the lobby paging system booted up requesting Carol to come to the main lobby now.

Carol's skirt waved about her bird-like ankles as she stepped out of the elevator and entered the Tech room.
"Carol Reed" the computer spoke, electronic and emotionless.
Carol slowed to a stop and nodded, looking about.
"Your request for 100 translator devices is nearly complete. Approximately five minutes remaining"
"Great.. okay.." she said under her breath, not sure what to do during the next few minutes. She crossed her arms over her chest and walked over to a glass wall. The room was illuminated by the sunlight that seemed to be pouring in from this wall. Carol stood almost against the glass. She was able to see all the floors and the atrium from here. The sun was coming in from areas by the roof of the Tower; skylights. There was a late afternoon glow to the light. Calm and warm. The site was rather beautiful.
"Your translators Titan"
The voice nearly made Carol jump. She half turned, facing a robot near her height. It held out a box full of neatly organized electronics; the ear-translators that simply looked like strange earphones, and the handhelds which seemed wonderfully designed and small. She took the box in her hands, trusting that there were exactly 100 in all.
"Thanks" she spoke, smiling and walking away. Carol was never sure what to say to droids; she wondered if it even mattered to be polite.
Stepping into the elevator, she decided to visit Astrol in the medical room again.
I'm sure Sara's doing well on her own, I'll go meet with her soon.

The elevator doors opened and Carol and Sara found themselves at the Titan's Technology Room. The computer greeted them by name.
"Would you like to ask for your key, Sara? Just shout it out, the computer or whatever it is will hear you and get to work on it"
She imagined key processing would be fairly quick-- perhaps they even had a storage compartment that held all of the Tower's lock keys.

Sara look at Carol then spoke out loud "Um...I would like to have the Key to my room please"
Computer Driod: :Request comfirned, and Welcome back Carol, do you also have need of something? And would you like to also have the spare?:
Upon hearing the Computer Sara got startled speachless and turned to Carol with a look for help.

"Sure I'll take a spare" Carol leaned down to whisper to Sara, "I'll keep it hung by my door, in case you ever lose yours. My room's always open".
"Any luck with inventing new models for the translator device?" she asked the computer, wondering how Astrol and Sphyria felt about their new translators. They had been the only Titans to test out the product so far; Carol hadn't the chance to give out the rest before the alarm sounded for heroes to report to the Stark Industries Tower.

"Hm.. by that you mean, an update on languages?" she asked.
Carol wondered if the translators she previously ordered even worked with the Tremarian language that Sphyria is native with. She bit her lip, hoping all 100 of them weren't completely useless.

~*After sourcing out the other female, Sphyria finally found her pacing the length of the Ttian;s Technology Room and quietly called, "Hello...Carol?"
She hovered in anxiety as the other started, hoping she had not commited some form of sacrilage against the human's privacy...these Earthlings were so hard to understand...*~

Sara jumped completely started by the new person she immedantly clung to Carol and tried to from new person.
Cumputer :In some way yes, however this new contacts will enable anyone to read any text that is in any language.:

Sara clung even closer on Carol espicialy since she didn't understand what the other person was saying.

The translator in Carol's ear picked up the English speech of a familiar voice, while her other each caught the foreign, beautiful language that she found even more familiar. She recognized both voice and language.
"Sphyria!" Carol turned as soon as Sara had grabbed onto her. "Jane and I were wondering where you went-- wait a second.. I can understand you now!" her hand met with the translator she had forgotten was attached to her left ear. "Heh!" she laughed, careful now not to touch it for fear of shutting it off.
She wondered if Sphyria could understand her as well.
Carol bent down to comfort little Sara, laying her hand on her shoulder and leveling her face with hers.
"This is Sphyria, she also came into the Tower not too long ago. She's from a far-away planet" she told her 'daughter'.

Sara finialy found enough courage to squeak out in a barely hearable way "oh, Hello." then she looked up to Carol and mouthed out What Did She Say?.
