I made generic baby sounds, then one day started talking about a "red cat". Mom can't even remember what it was. If your baby says a full sentence, you would think it would be remembered. gonk
(Not a mark of prodigy, actually. Advanced command of language in infancy is a warning sign of autism.)

Asperger's specifically. I was told the reason I wasn't in the high-functioning autism category was that I had no speech delay. But those varying labels are confusing, since in the end they amount to the same thing.
