So my chinchilla got tired after running around in my room and decided to just lay down and rest. So he snuggles up under my mini table, lays on his side with his head on the ground and sprawl his back legs out. It's rather goofy to watch but he's so cute when he does it.
My sisters dog Autem does some rather funny sleeping poses aswell...sometimes it'll be with her head back against her side as she is laying belly up or she'll lay down with her back legs out behind her and her front paws by her sides...again rather goofy
So anyway my curiousity took over me and I was curious if any of your various critter(s) slept in odd or funny poses. I'd also like to know any funny stories involving them if there are any. So feel free to post or just reads others posts

My chicks flop over like they're dead. Tortoise often lies under her heat lamp with her neck stretched out and people who aren't used to it freak out and tell me that she's dead. The cat is a cat, she sleeps in all kinds of crazy ways. My favorite is when she naps on my back while i';m on the computer late at night.

the other day I caught Jethro and the twins sleeping (all in their own areas of the cage....which is rare). It was a nice sunny day and the sun was shining onto the wooden hut on the ground floor of the cage.
There was Jethro stretched out, with his head out of the hut in the midday sun sleeping! It looked like his front legs were curled under him, or stretched back... in some sort of pose that is more fitting for a dog. I thought it was really cute.
the other thing that is cute is when they are waking up and stretch and yawn mid way through a step.
