This is a fullmetal alchemist rp. i will start the story based around my oc. but basically during the elric brothers search for the stone they come acrossed a small town where alchemy is forbidden by the mayor of the town. the boys then meet a young woman ((my oc)) who has a history all her own...

MY CHARACTERS Name:Edward ElricBio:Edward became the youngest certified State Alchemist in history. he becomes one so he can research the Central archives for a possible solution: the Philosopher's Stone. The stone is the holy grail of alchemy. With it, it is said, one's power over alchemy rises to divine levels, allowing one to bypass the limitations of alchemy, including Equivalent Exchange. It's Edward's wish to find the stone and use it to restore his limbs and Alphonse's body. Name:Aleia MontgomryBio: She is a young artist living in the little town who lost her eye sight sometime ago but still creates tiny wood carvings for the villagers and guests with absolute perfection and only uses her alchemy in secret to help the villagers. she has an amazing way of reading people.

 Edward lead his brother to a small town just past Central and he saw some children playing and sees graffiti that looks like transmutation circles allong the store walls and streets. " I wonder if that means there are alchemists here? " he wondered.

Aleia walked near her art shop to get some fresh air from the stuffy building. she heared what sounded like a childs cry and she followed the sound to investigate. another child stopped her from falling in a large sewer hole in the street. " is something wrong hun?" aleia asked the child.
"Miss Aleia my brother fell in there. i dont want you to fall in too." the girl whined. Aleia felt around and found some straw that was used for the horses and she carefully transmuted a rope that was strong enought to hold the boy.
the girl smiled. " hold on to that brother."
"o-okay" the boy sniffed.
they pulled on the rope and he climbed out.
"thank you miss Aleia. dont worry we wont tell on you."
the boy promised.
Aleia smiled and rubbed her sore eyes and sealed the hole by transmuting metal over it then she headed back to her shop.

Ed smiled victoriously. " well that answers my question. Come on Al lets see if anyone knows about the stone."Ed looked around him and saw that people were staring at the poket watch on his waist and whispering around him.

Character name: Kara Elric Appearance: See Picture. History: Kara is edward and alphonse's cousin. She is generally cheerful, sarcastic, and easily angered. She is only 5 foot 2 inches tall. NEVER CALL HER SHORT, and don't try to order her around. Kara's father had married a chimera woman, and kara's powers were the result. Kara joined the state alchemists long before Edward, and her given title was "The Bio Element Alchemist." She can transform into any animal she wishes, and can even become "mythical" versions of an animal by fusing an element into the transmutaion of herself. She feels responsible for ed and al, and usually secretly ends up following behind them on their adventures to make sure they are okay. She has no need of a transmutation circle, and can usually do an instant form switch between her regular self, and an animal. However she can only stay in an animal form for a short time. Picture:

Kara had been following edward and alphonse on their latest attempt at finding the stone. All through their journey to that town, she had been a bird here, a rabbit there... anything to keep from being discovered.
As they walked into town, she turned into a kitten. Watching as they were attracting stares, she suddenly realized that this might be a bad idea.
She mewled, and wound herself between ed's legs.

 Roy Mustang was driving to a small little place, he had been told by the Fuhrer himself to watch over the Elric's for a short period of time. Roy was still laughing to himself about the way the Fuhrer put it....hehehe short.
He pulled into the small town and parked, he had changed into civilian clothes and had his watch and gloves hidden in his pocket so no one here would know what he was, he had heard of this place...they didn't like alchemy at all.

Edward looked down at the small kitten and looked to Al. when al gave him the i didnt do anything look ed sighed and looked around. he looked in anger when he thought he saw roy. he looked away and ignored him at first. "come on Al lets see what we can find here."

Aleia Heard footsteps in her shop and she turned. "welcome, is there anything i can help you with?"
Ed smiled " actually i had some questions miss."
"about what young Edward Elric?"
He paused. "howd you know who i was?"
" I've heard alot about you. that and its odd but somehow i knew it was you. Anyway welcome to our city, I am Aleia Mongomry."
Ed looked at her for a bit and noticed that she was blind, but he didnt say anything. He looked and saw other townspeople looking at him, his pocket watch especially.

Roy walked over to him, and grabbed him by the shoulder, "Put the watch away, this town frowns on Alchemy." he whispered to the short male. HE straightened back up, and looked at the young woman. and patted Ed on the shoulder, "Thanks for making sure my short friend here didn't get into trouble."

If she could have in kitten form, kara would have smirked. She had chosen this form for the exact reason of al loving cats.
When edward walked into a shop, she followed. Listening to the conversation that followed, including when roy spoke, she thought,
Seems like a nice girl...but there is just something...off...about her.
She moved forward, intending to investigate the girl, even as a kitten. However, her plan was disrupted when she felt as though she couldn't hold her transformation any longer.
No! Not now!
Her kitten form ran past the shop girl, and behind the counter. There was an audible thump as her form shifted back to its natural self. She stayed perfectly still.
uh-oh...

Ed growled at roy" Who are you calling so small you wanna crush like an ant!!!!!!!!!!!you morally bankrupt Colonel with a God complex?!" Flailing in his usual tyrade,having to be held back by his brother.
Aleia laughed and she smiled. "Oh youre alchemists...." her expresion didnt change.... "dont worry i wont say anything...its only if the mayor finds out. Brothers not very welcoming to alchemists here. But it seems you already knew that Mr. Roy mustang." she smiled at him.
Edward looked around. " why is alchemy forbidden in just this small town? That doesnt make scence."
"its because of an incident here a few years ago...but thats not important. you had a question for me Edward?"ed wasnt sure to ask now, since learning alchemy was forbidden and that Roy was right behind him.
"nevermind." he said.
"Very well then well since this is the bed and breakfast why dont i offer you a room....free meals and everything.....even a small gift from me. What you you say." she smiled again and waited for an answer.
Thats when she heard the tump behind her desk and she felt over to investigate accidently pulling what felt like hair. she panicked and almost fell to the floor.
"????????"

Roy grinned, "Sorry those were words from the Fuhrer himself Elric. And just to let you know, Rapture and Collins are coming out later this evening as well." Roy almost scowled at the mention of the young female Alchemist Selene Rapture, they didn't get along, seeing as they were water and fire....he hated the idea of being stuck around her for even a short amount of time.

Kara felt her hair get pulled by the owner of the place.
"Oww..."
She poked her head up from behind the desk, realizing that she blew her cover. She nervously chuckled.
"Um... Hi, Ed, Al, Roy..."

Roy looked towards the source of the yelling and saw a young woman pop up. She had red hair and blue eyes and could not really place her, "Do I know you?" he asked, one of his hands near the pocket which had his gloves.

Kara could see roy discreetly preparing to get out his gloves and rushed to remind him who she is.
"Roy, it's me... Kara Elric?"
Not seeing any immediate recognition, she proceeded to say
"The Bio Element Alchemist?"
Again not noticing any immediate reaction from roy, she said
"*sigh* The girl who is always getting chewed out by the Fuhrer for not keeping closer watch on my cousins?"
She really hoped at least that would jog his memory since he always seemed to be near when that happened.

Roy blinked once or twice, and then started to chuckle, "My bad, so sorry. I have been stuck with Collins and Rapture for so long it isn't even funny." he said, referring to the two young state alchemists under him, Collins he didn't mind, but it was little Miss Selene Rapture that got on his nerves.
