I have stalked it for years, but I finally bit the bullet and made myself a Pixiv account. Does anyone else have an account? Who're your favorite artists?

It's sort of like a Japanese Deviantart redux. Users post their art, but there's less interaction, and you can rate the images instead of just +faving them.

Nah. I hate DA so a Japanese DA wouldn't terribly interesting. I can't read Kanji, Hiragana or Katakana either. Ah well, If I remember right most of their stuff ends up on Danbooru/Safebooru/Gelbooru anyway.

I try to use that once and a while, gawk at all the pretty pictures and various artists, but my fear of culture just won't let me enjoy myself. Not to mention I have more then a bit of trouble trying to navigate that thing.

They translated some of the main menu into English, so it's easier than it used to be. But it's not entirely perfect... Instead of "Report Image" they translated it into "Source Image", and then the menu for reporting is totally in Japanese. sweatdrop
