Pratice, and hone your skills. There is exactly a diffulty setting fro 1 to 40 (one is the easest, and fourty is the hardest of trainning programming.) As your skills progress indivually or as a group the Computer increase the degree of severity to incorparte your increase of experience. Here is the room in which to practice! Toss impossibly heavy weights around, blast things with lazer beams [wherever they shoot from!], run the obstacle course, Similuate Impossible battle fields, the list goes on and on
Have fun, don't kill yourself and please, limp off to the Infirmary when you actually need to...finding you face-first on your floor ten hours later is a bad look for any teen hero...XD

Astrol steps into the actual raining romm and immediantly began to dodge flying projectiles, while constantly speaking chants one after the other, causeing the projectiles to become under his control. Just as he was getting warmed up sirens started to blair as the soom converted to its normal when not in use. "Well so much for that work out."

It wasn't too often the training room was left unattended, so Carol grabbed the opportunity to use this day. She punched in the difficulty level. 15. The number was much too close to the 20 limit ((im making this up, i dont know the real levels of this thing)); or at least closer than she would normally like. But she felt she needed to do it. The last battle was a disaster. The enemy got away, and Astrol went to bed at the Tower's hospital that night. She didn't even remember the fight at all. It was as if she were blacked out. The space fell silent for the moment the metal door behind her slid shut. Disks began to eject from the walls of the training room, their robotic cameras scanning the space until they found their target. They flew all at once. Carol leaped up, her powerful legs sending her high into the air. The disks acted quickly under their programmed settings, and pointed their directions towards her. She pulled her face into a snarl as she twisted her body and kicked the nearest disks; sending them flying into the wall where they combusted into miniature explosions. Finding her feet back on the ground, she drew her claw-like hands and began a close-combat fight against the disks, dodging laser-like bullets from those that were positioned further. She needed to let her frustrations out, and to get better. She needed to do it for the team. A short laser grazed her shoulder, causing her to wince in a moment's pain. She also felt it necessary to punish herself with intensive training.

Carol's attention was left at the droid's apearance and disappearance a moment too long, and a disk struck her straight in the chest. She was knocked to the floor, gasping for air as the remaining disks approached violently. "ABORT! ABORT!" she choked, just as shots fired, missing her position by a few inches. She soon found her breath and recovered herself. "Alright, no more.. Astrol needs me" she said to herself under her breath. She got up, coughing, and exited the room.
