I tend to be more crafty than traditionally artistic, so I'll use this thread to display my crafts and creations as well as actual art. Constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated (trolls and flamers are welcome too, but don't expect much more than laughter as a response). Feel free to make requests, but I'm still in the early learning stages when it comes to "real" art, so you'll have to be very patient. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These don't really fit any of my other categories, so they'll go here for now.

~ Long-Term Projects ~ Arwen's Circlet (from the coronation ceremony at the end of Return of the King) | Reference Pic | current progress:  I found out that I can't solder or weld the metal I chose for this project with the supplies I currently have, so I'm going to have to find something else. I seriously hope I don't have to do this in silver to make it look right; it's $28 and ounce right now, and this thing isn't exactly light. On the upside, aside from the sheet metal, I have everything else I need for the project, even for the dress (which I still haven't begun).
