Making out in japanese is a 'phrase' book of sorts. It is mostly informal. Pretty useful I think. And it tells you which gender typically says what sort of thing, which is useful since japan does have that difference in speach between genders.
What does everyone else think?

This is the second time I see someone mentioning that book. Just the other day I saw someone recommending it on the internet.
Maybe I should look into it.
It could be pretty useful, since it's informal and in everyday conversations there is bound to be lots of phrases that aren't mentioned in the textbooks. And some of those textbooks aren't really up to date.
If I get my hands on that book I'll review it and tell you what I think of it. biggrin
