I have a problem. I can't draw something scary and I cant draw something nosebleedingly hot. That fact is eating me alive! Please tell me what you have to do do make something creepy and/or hot! It would be greatly appreciated. Here is an example of someone I want to hot-ify HurrJust a quick example I made... ^_^

The biggest thing that makes me not think 'hot' is the pose and facial expression. She looks playful in a childlike sort of way, more 'cute' than anything. When I think 'hot' I think more, like mature and... deliberate? Less playful, more... I don't wanna say 'reserved', but less cheery looking? Or overexcited? Not that I mean unhappy... IDK. I hope you get what I'm getting at. I'm horrible at explaining these things.

Well.. I will give an attempt at helping.
Fuzzball is right, this does look more childish.
If you try poses that are more secure with their body, unafraid to show it off, or something like that.

  Give her more curves or put her in some sexy poses. Instead of a giggly cute expectation, pucker those lips. Open those eyes (or seductively wink). OR for more scared look open the eyes O_O. And the mouth does not work at all. Even if its yelling its looks more happy then terror.

FAcial expression and body language. Give her a dark, seductive smile (with maybe a wink or something).
And no offense(?) but perhaps making her a bit less anime-ish and a bit more realistic could add into the hotness. Don't be afradi to add curves and detail.

Here is a useful guide to refining expression in a character. Definitely practice these. ExpressionsFor the record, you can make an anime character hot, regardless of body type. it's all about the way the image make you feel. I find drawing from a perspective can help. CURVES TITS AND a**.
No but really, I notice sexier pieces of work have more curves, slightly more pronounced breasts and bigger, pronounced hips. Instead of havig the =D face they usually have a more subdued one, subtle but clear.

Edit: and this is just from my perspective as a man and not meant as a biggot thing to be said but from an artistic point of view, but when the subject shovs more skin it is also sexier looking usually. It doesn't have to be excessive. Hell it could be the entire body clothed and then maybe a bit of belly button drifting under her shirt, or a bit more of the collar bone showing than usual, etc xD
