I've recently started digital art [back in the summer], after taking a few years off of drawing all together due to school.
I am a senior in highschool, and work on my art as a hobby to get my mind off of my illness.
Even though it's just a hobby, I like to learn everything I can. I've never been to an art class, and the idea is really out of the question for several reasons that I won't bore you with. I do all of my learning online with the help of other artists
I use a Genius G-Pen F610, and mostly Paint Tool SAI. Photoshop is really out of my price range.

I have a few pieces that I'm rather fond of, some of them are from as far back as this summer:
PlagueRat - Pokemon/Emilie Autumn fan art.
Water Dragon - A mix of line art and digital painting.
Feathers - Practicing a new technique. This one was a lot of fun
Maleficent - Fan art from Disney's Sleeping Beauty
Rat Logo - This seems to be my most popular one. I was trying my hand at simplistic art. This one got me my first commission (:
Elegant Ink - One of my first attempts at a full digital painting
Milotic - More Pokemon fanart. I was experimenting with a new colouring technique. It killed my hand.
Tea Time - I finished this one last night. It was me going out of my comfort zone; trying to draw detailed faces and hair...

Feedback and critique are very much appreciated, either here or on the DA submissions themselves.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read through all of this lol
