Hulu is currently showing a great documentary on the benefits and risks and environmental consequences associated with bottled water and tap water called Bottled and Sold: The Story of Our Obsession with Bottled Water. The documentary was done by FORA.tv through the California Academy of Sciences. The video is not quite an hour long and is very informative. The speaker, Peter H. Gleick, is also the author of a book of the same name.

I just watched the documentary today and am thinking of reading his book as well. Has anyone else watched the documentary or read the book? What did you think?
