Sounds like it might be useful, but it also sounds like it is one of those rings that just sit in your ring set and you don't have to hit to make it work.
Well, I won't know for sure until I go and see what it does for myself. ^_^

I'm actually disappointed with this ring, if that's actually it. >.>
I wanted something that would provide for something to do with stamina, kind of like a Meat for it. - w -
There are buffs that can account for what this ring provides. Dx
