While on their journey for the remaining peices of the jewel of four souls Inuyasha,kagome and the gang stumble apon a tiny village with a mysterious legend. Tales tell of a demon who rules the village under an iron thumb and has recently gained strenth since kagomes arrival. When a young half-kitsune girl named Arisa runs into the group they deside to investigate this demon and get pulled into this villages problems at the risk of their lives. Not only are they in danger from a new enemy, someone among them might risk their saftey as well....

 name: Arisa sepcies: half kitsune ablities: can transform into anyone or thing she sees even able to copy any abilities that she has seen them use. ~ daughter of the elder of the village and leader of a small rebellion to act against the demons who attack their friends and families. She lost her demon mother to the 'demon of hate' a demon who gains power from the shadows and dark intentions. has a slight attracton to miroku..... whee (my fav character btw)~ played by: kuro-ha kitsune7

Arisa runs back to her village after her nightly patrol. she hears a scream and she sees that the human villagers are being slaughtered before her eyes. Her mother,a kitsune fox demon sheilds her human father from a shadow like demon whos body bubbled like tar. Arisa gasped and both her mother and the demon turned to look at her. She covered her mouth and backed up.
" Arisa!!!" her mother growled.
In that slight secound of hesitation the demon opened its large mouth.
" MOM BEHIND YOU!!!!!"
Her mother gently kicked arisas father to saftey befor being swallowed by the demon.
" NO!!!!"
just then her father sprung to his feet and ran to his daughter seeing that she was trembleing,tears building up in her eyes.
Arisa clenched her teeth and the fur on her tail and ears stood up on end.
Her father knew full well that she would pounce. He grabbed her ear and got her attention. she turned to him and followed him reluctantly as he ran.
the demon roared and the sound knocked arisa to the ground and she crawled backwards looking at the demon as the day faded to night and all light faded as the new moon sky started to take over

Inuyasha's ears perked up as he heard screams from far away, at first the half demon dismissed it, thinking nothing of it. He looked around while everyone else was asleep as he kept watch. He did not know this area to well, and left nothing up to chance. He was leaning against a tree, out of the light from the fire, if anything decided to attack he would attack it using surprise. He then heard the screams again, and he sighed, deciding to wake up the monk to see what he thought about all of this.
Inuyasha put the Tessaiga back into the waist band of his Gui, made from the fur of a fire rat, and went to Miroku, prodding him with his foot, "Wake up! he told the monk as the screams rent the air again, this one even almost to Inuyasha's ears, sounded like a angry snarl. His hands went to the hilt of the Tessaiga on instinct and he stood in front of the only path he could, in case something charged down the path, ready to attack them. "What do you make of these screams Miroku?"

Miroku heard the same screams and lisened again."they must be comming from the village we passed a while ago. The Demon thats attacking......" he thought hard about it..." somethings not right......" he heard the scream again. "Do you think we should go take a look?" he asked Inuyasha.

Arisa's father watched in horror as the demon attacked Arisa. Arisa fought back with all of her strenth but her strenth was fading.....She backed up holding some small wounds that covered her body. The demon laughed then looked outside the village...." I'll be back little fox.Build up that lovely hatred for me.." he hissed......Then the demon started to leave..........Arisa growled and tried to stand........

Inuyasha nodded, "Let us wake up everyone else, so they won't be unprotected." he muttered as he walked over to Kagome to wake her up, and Shippo glared at Inuyasha because he needed his sleep. "Get over it Shippo." Inuyasha didn't want to be the one to wake Sango up, she was kinda....evil when she was first woken up.

Miroku waited for the others to wake up as the aura of the demon attacking the village began to fade. " thats odd." he commented. " its like that demon is vanishing? Looks like we will need to hurry if we want to see whats going on." He hinted to the others.

Arisa growled as the demon vanished. She stood and returned to the center of the village and saw who remained alive. Her Mother was barely among them. He mother laid nearly lifeless where she had fought the demon. Arisa went to her side. " Mother?" she spoke with a little whine in her voice.
" Arisa......seems we're not strong enough to beat him." her mother choked.
" I will beat him next time."
" No..not alone...look for a group of outsiders....they will help."
"outsiders?"
" one in particular...you'll pick them out easily...." And with that her mother died. Arisa stood and smelled some unfamiliar scents in the air.
"is this who she ment?" she questioned to herself.

Inuyasha scowled, once he saw everyone was up he hoisted Kagome onto his back, and took off in the direction of the scent of the demon, which was only still lingering on the air. He scowled, "Kagome, do you feel as if we are running towards a shard of the Jewel?" he asked, but she muttered that she didn't know. He sighed and kept running, and when he almost got to the end of the road, he spotted a small village, which was almost in complete ruin. "What in all Hells happened here?!" he almost screamed as he started to walk towards the town, this time only a little slower, to not seem like a demon that was going to attack them again. He smelt slight amounts of human blood, which to say was at least somewhat better than usual.

Arisa looked to the enterance of the village and saw the group that entered. She examined them for a good five minutes. She looked right at Kagome,who seemed to be the oddest one. Arisa's father tapped her shoulder." Arisa.....i'll handle the damage..you go welcome our guests..."
"Alright."
She walks over and catches a glimpse of Miroku and her ears go back as her face turned red......"welcome...Sorry about the place...its yet another attack.." she said casually.
Miroku looked at her,studing her figure.....he could just picture songo smaking him hard right about now but he shook it off. " 'Another'?" he asked....
Arisa sighed."Yes...we have a bit of a demon problem around here.....Actually ts not always bad...i mean...i came to be because of a demon comming here...But....." She trailed off.....her ears falling against her head...

 Kagome stood beside Inuyasha, looking around. She had her bow and arrows at her back, ready for anything, although she was beside a very strong demon. What a mess, she thought. How awful. Then, she noticed the look that the fox girl gave Miroku. Oh no. Poor girl, she thought, sighing. Kagome turned to the girl and tried a comforting smile. "Hello, I'm Kagome. We'll help you. Won't we, Inuyasha?" she added, elbowing the red-clad dog-demon.

Inuyasha scowled at Kagome, but cowered on the inside from the look he knew he would get, "Fine Fine! I just don't anymore distraction. We still need to find the Jewel." he said looking the Kagome. He noticed the way Miroku was looking at the demon, half demon by the smell of her, and he chuckled. But stopped when he noticed the way the half kitsune was looking at the monk, which made him want to slap the monk in the back of the head, but refrained himself for now. He sighed and looked around the village, scowling at the damage.

Arisa's ears perked up when she heard kagome." Are you talking about the Jewel of four souls by any chance??" She looked at the group looking for their reactions. She blushed abit when she looked at miroku.She shook her head and put a more composed face on.
Miroku looked surprized." Yeah? What...Is there some reason you are asking miss....um."
Arisa laughed with embarassment..." Sorry i never did introduce myself did I...My names Arisa." Her tail wagged happily when she looked at Miroku..."And Im asking about the Jewel bacause the demon that attack here happens to be looking for the same thing....." she smiled at them like she knew more but wouldnt say....
