I was woken up this morning by my radio, and they had said that Leslie Nielsen passed away yesterday. Normally celebrity deaths really don't phase me too much, but I was practically raised on his work.
I don't really think I need to spoon feed everyone with this topic. What a way to start the day!
RIP Leslie Nielsen, you were wonderful to watch.

ALSO, Irvin Kershner, director of The Empire Strikes Back, has died.
O.O I never suspected that wascally wabbit! His behaviour is obviously escalating.
In other news, is it totally inappropriate that every time I see the title of this thread, all I can think of is Weird Al singing "Another One Rides the Bus"?
... dude was 84 years old, which is a heck of a lot better than all these famous people dying from "accidental overdoses" and whatnot in their thirties. He seems to have had his faculties intact, as well as most of his own hair. I am saddened that he's gone, of course, but really. It could have been so much worse for him.
