Prologue
Things have been at peace since the evil Ganondorf was vanquished by the mighty Hero of Time, Link. Zelda has kept Hyrule strong and happy under her reign. The citizens are all content with the way things have been running. Without the threat of the Triforce of Power’s wielder hanging over their heads, people are no longer afraid of what’s to come. The kingdom is alive with cheerful chatter and smiling faces all across the land. Yet underneath all of the positive emotion, thriving population, and gorgeous landscapes lies a problem that just won’t go away. Link and Zelda have been having strange dreams, lately. Visions of homes destroyed, towers crumbling, forests burning and being reduced to ash. Every night they watch a dramatic representation of their world falling apart. These nightmares have been going around like a virus, though. That’s what’s so peculiar about it. If Link or Zelda linger around a certain person or group of people, they too begin to see Hyrule’s demise in their sleep. It’s spreading like wildfire, and our Hero of Time and Princess of Destiny don’t know what to do about it. What’s even more peculiar? The citizens’ mere dreams will become a shocking reality very soon. Ganondorf is rising again. Your decision is of the utmost importance: Will you rise up and attempt to stop this tyrant among the heroes, or will you join the ranks of evil, letting nothing stand in your way?

Rules
Common RP rules apply, i.e. no god-modding, auto-killing, etc. - Literacy is required. No using asterisks for actions, complete sentences, proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. - If Gaia's filters block it out with asterisks, it doesn't belong here. - Do not post out of character in the roleplay. Instead, use the Out of Character Chat Thread. (Linked in first post) - To prove you've read these rules, put the gonk sign somewhere in your applications for characters. - If you are going to be away for a while, get someone to temporarily play your characters for you. - If you leave the RP, take responsibility and find a replacement for your character before you do. - Your posts must be at least five lines. -

Submitting Characters
...Tips on Getting Accepted... - Be nice. If you argue with me while submitting a character, I'll simply reject you and that will be that. - - Post formats! Post formats earn cool points from me. - - Keep characters logical. I really don't want a ten year old advanced swordsman and mage or something. - - Be literate in your application. You will make me the happiest human ever if you do. -
To be a Game Character... - You must stay within the character's personality. For example, Ganondorf wouldn't turn good, and Link wouldn't crawl into a fetal position crying because he got a paper cut or something. - Do not try submitting your application in the roleplay. PM me instead. - PM me with "GC" in the subject line, and fill out this form:
Username: Character you want to play: Why you would be good for the role: Sample of your writing: Notes on Character: (Any notes you want to include on the character you want to play, i.e. the age they currently are, their current abilities, etc.)
To Submit an Original Character... You must keep the same personality for your character throughout the roleplay. No bipolar characters, please. - They must relate to LoZ. If you try submitting a Pokemon trainer or something, that isn't gonna fly with me. - You will most likely receive some critique on your profile. Note that it's constructive, no one's trying to be harsh. - Do not try submitting your application in the roleplay. PM me instead. - PM me with "OC" in the subject line, and fill out this form: -

----
The Basics Username: Sapphirianna Character's Full Name: Sarrianna Jae Knight Gender: Female Race: Hylian Age and Birthday: 19 years old; December 17th Height and Weight: 5"8; 126 lbs Picture: This is what she sort of looks like, although without the Triforce symbol. Body Type: Small Eye Color: Light blue, almost the color of the sky. The outer rims of her irises are a much darker blue, however. Hair: Long blonde hair that reaches 3/4ths the way down her back if let down, but she usually has it in a ponytail for traveling, training, and everyday purposes. In strong sunlight, it takes an orange-ish cast, showing some red. Facial features: She has a heart shaped face with thin lips that somehow pull off a crooked grin; she also has a somewhat pointed nose that is normal in length. Skin Tone: A rather healthy tan. Distinguishing Marks smile She has a scar going down parallel to her spine on her right side from a battle from long ago. Clothing Character Likes Wearing: Sarri usually wears a red tunic that resembles Link's in design, a black belt around her waist (where her sword is sheathed), worn down black boots with obvious scratches on them, black gloves with the fingers cut off and the Royal symbol outlined in gold thread on the backs of the gloves, and she wears a short black cloak that reaches her knees when she travels or when the weather is cold.
Personality Good traits: Sarri is very fun loving. She'll joke around and laugh often, sometimes in some of the weirdest situations. Bad Traits: She doesn't take many things seriously, and she gets extremely frustrated when she feels helpless, ruining her logical thought process. Likes: She loves to laugh, joke, and play around. She also likes to spar with fellow guardsmen and sometimes (if he's not busy) with Link, although he seems to win most of the matches. Dislikes: She hates to feel helpless. She strongly dislikes the medical wing due to her hatred of helplessness. Fears: Sarri fears that one day, she'd fail to protect Zelda from death. She's also afraid of snakes. Habits: She scratches her head when confused, and fidgets when she has nothing to do.
Fighting Abilities: Sarri is a whiz at the sword. Since her father, who was a guard before her, taught her how to use one when she was ten, to defend herself, she practiced daily to even now. Weapons: A sword made with bright steel (scratched, of course) with a cross-hilt wrapped in black leather. If one was to put the end of the hilt on the end of Sarri's middle finger and lay it against her arm, it would reach halfway up her upper arm. Strengths: She is quick and light on her feet and able to dodge many attacks. She does better with surprise attacks. Weaknesses: She doesn't always land a blow, if she does, in direct combat, it usually isn't very deep.
Past and Present Biography: Sarri lived a rather normal life for a girl in Castle Town. Her mother was a shopkeeper while her father was a guard at Hyrule Castle, where the five-year-old Sarri desperately wished to go to. She did, however, help her mother with the store for several years of her life, but Sarri still felt drawn to the Castle. One day, she would work there, like her father, she told herself. Several years passed, and the girl's mother fell deadly ill. The doctor couldn't fix the old woman, so she stayed on her bed for the last months of her life. Sarri felt helpless, sitting by her mother's bedside. She turned ten when her mother died. Grief stricken, Sarri and her father closed up shop and sold the place, picking out a little house nearer to the castle, more for her father than for Sarri. Sarri then had to scavenge in the streets for food sometimes, but a lot of the people in the town liked her and felt pity for the ten-year-old who had no mother. This is when her father taught her how to use a sword for self defense. During Ganondorf's attack, however, Sarri's father was also killed when she was a teenager. Sarri sold the house and most of their belongings and went, in her father's honor, to the castle to find a job. She was seen as an asset with her quick thinking and her expertise with the blade. After a while, she was selected by the guard captain to become Zelda's bodyguard. Sarri masked most of her grief by laughing and joking for a few months, but after meeting Link and him telling her to move on, basically, she let go of her grief. She lives happily in the castle, although recently, she has been receiving nightmares that have scared her witless. Homeland: Castle Town Relatives: Sarri has no siblings to speak of, and her parents died, her mother of an illness, her father during war. Current Location: Hyrule Castle Occupation: Zelda's bodyguard
Optional Music: Let it Roll by Group 1 Crew
The Basics Username: Abhann Character's Full Name: Clarissa (Claire) Marie Lionelle Gender: Female Race: Hylian Age and Birthday: 19, December 21st Height and Weight: 5"7, 125 lbs Body Type: Thin Hourglass Eye Color: Amber-y brown Hair: Straight and dark brown. Facial features: Round, slightly heart-shaped face with normal-set eyes and normal-size lips. Nose is small and round. Skin Tone: Lightly tanned. Overall she's pretty attractive, mainly because of her complexion and clear skin. Distinguishing Marks: None. Clothing Character Likes Wearing: Most of the time she'll wear a dark, burgundy tunic with weathered brown leather boots just below her knee and gloves that go halfway up her lower arm. She also wears a matching belt with a large gold buckle, with a satchel attached in the back. Claire also wears a small pendant with a tiny ruby set in it, which was given to her by her younger sister.
Personality Good traits: Claire is very bubbly overall, and isn't one to be a wet blanket. She's rather good at keeping focused and on-task, but still keeps a happy disposition while doing so. Her outlook on the world is rather positive, as well. Quite simply, she's an optimist. Bad Traits: She can be stubborn at times, especially when trying to overcome an obstacle. She also gets caught up in details, which can confuse her at rather inconvenient times. Likes: For some reason, she likes listening to other people's concepts and views on the world and the way they think it works. It's very interesting to her. She also loves stories and books, especially surrealistic novels and creepy/unnerving tales. Claire also has a fascination for dreaming. She's kept a dream journal for years, documenting her adventures in dreams through pictures (which she's pretty good at drawing) and writing. Other than that she likes celtic music and ballads. Dislikes: Too much tension. It's hard to work in. Claire also hates being left out or ignored. Lack of inspiration or willpower in herself and in other people is also frustrating for her. She also doesn't like the desert. Not at all. Fears: Abandonment and losing the will to live. She also fears black mist, which is a recurring element in her more surreal nightmares. Habits: She tends to pick at her nails every now and then.
Fighting Abilities: Claire is great with a sword, because of her training at Hyrule Castle. She's also very good with a hookshot. Weapons: Her hookshot and steel sword. Strengths: She's got pretty good aim, and is accurate in her strikes because she can analyze what series of attacks and blocks to do before she does it. Weaknesses: Pretty bad when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. She prefers using weaponry. She's average when it comes to basic kicks, though. Claire is also horrible with a boomerang. First time she threw one, it came back and gave her a black eye.
Past and Present Biography: When Clarissa was born, her parents loved her immediately. She was never neglected in the first years of her life. As time passed, though, and her mother gave birth to more children, she was paid attention to less. Her mother was always busy tending to the younger children, and her father took up two jobs to sustain them. They went from a nice little cottage in Castle Town to a run-down home on the outskirts. Growing up, she'd often be seen running through the streets happily with her friends, and would spent a lot of time meeting new people and exploring new places. At nighttime she'd be up in her room, escaping from her family's financial problems by reading books and writing stories. She'd find herself in an underwater kingdom one night, and fighting a mighty dragon the next. Either way, she always managed to evade the negatives through this. As their family's rupee supply dwindled, Claire knew she had to find some sort of work. She was tired of hopping from house to house, tired of her poor parents overworking themselves every night. At fifteen, she packed her bags and went to Hyrule Castle to look for work. She fit in quickly; right into a guard position. Claire lives in the barracks with the other guards and soldiers, and is friends with pretty much all of them. She is also friends with Link, who trains the guards every now and then. Very recently, she began having terrible nightmares of Hyrule burning to the ground quickly and mercilessly. Rather than being afraid of it, she's curious about it. She records all of her dreams, and these are no different. In fact, she's been examining them even more. They're fascinating. Homeland: The slums of Castle Town. Relatives: She is the eldest of four. Her siblings are (in order of birth) Nicolai (A year younger), Lynne (Four years younger), Breanne (Six years younger), and Caleb. (Nine years younger) Her parents are Maryanne and Gregory. Current Location: Hyrule Castle Occupation: Hyrule Castle soldier/guard, and is a backup bodyguard for Zelda.
Optional Music: Two Coins - Dispatch, Samson - Regina Spektor, A Drop in the Ocean - Ron Pope, Ice (Acoustic) - LIGHTS, Fake Plastic Trees - Radiohead, Talk of the Town - Jack Johnson, Cosmic Love - Florence + The Machine Voice: This, haha.
The Basics Username: Kusugari Character's Full Name: Blint Ursuul Gender: Male Race: Hylian Age and Birthday: 19, July 1st Height and Weight: 6'0" 170 lbs Picture: Link here. Body Type: Broad-shouldered and athletic. Eye Color: Grey Hair: Black and wavy. Facial features: Forward chin and normal-set eyes. Skin Tone: Lightly tanned. Distinguishing Marks: Scar on right eye to cheek and intricate black tattoos on body. Clothing Character Likes Wearing: A long, flowing coat with straps to cover face and neck, wide-rimmed hat, lightly armoured gauntlets, and dark boots.
Personality Good traits: Believer of justice (justice, vengeance, mercy), loyal, righteous, quiet, and chivalrous. Bad Traits: Somewhat stubborn, a little irrational, dark sense of humour, a tad blunt, and too quick to attack. Likes: Dark humor, weapons, justice, seriousness, and being at the right place at the right time. Dislikes: Unfairness, cheating, injustice, and wasted time. Fears: Loss of time and the cold. Habits: Cracking dark jokes when unwanted, spooking others by seeming to disappear, and he holds his hand on the hilt of his sword when nervous.
Fighting Abilities: Fast reaction time, electricity, and sonic attacks. Weapons: Twin katana, both made of extremely strong metal. Strengths: Faster attacks than most, can use shadows/low light to advantage in multiple ways, and can fight for a prolonged period of time. Weaknesses: Bright areas make visibility slightly lower, heckling during combat distracts, a bit nervous around women, and electric attacks hurt him as well if not done properly.
Past and Present Biography: Blint is a descendant of a small group of Hylians who wanted to expand into Gerudo Desert. Luckily, they were able to survive, but it almost isolated the group. They have their own style of clothing, style of living, different styles of households, and more. They keep away from the Gerudo Natives, lest they attack them as they do not like men, whom of which are of vital importance to population growth. These Scavengers, as they are nicknamed to insult them for being 'dumb' enough to leave such a great, beautiful area to live in a desert to scavenge for crumbs, only can keep so many people alive at a time, and try to control the population. To prevent overpopulation, they keep track of who is born and try to keep the number of women and men born even. Once it reaches a certain point, people are asked to stop having children. Unfortunately, when Blint was born, there were an odd number of males. It evened out until Blint was the only one who couldn’t marry. He was instead trained to be a full-time knight and leader, protecting his village and becoming something more than a man, the symbol of the village, a legendary warrior. He was trained to wield twin katana of a very durable and strong metal. He grew up with a firm belief in Justice that his father helped clarify and focus into Justice's three faces: Justice itself, Vengeance, and Mercy. He has been a believer ever since, but seems a tad misguided, sometimes confusing vengeance with revenge and forgetting about mercy. To mark him as their knight, he was given tattoos all along his body. He also dreams of leaving the group to see other places, even though he has a negative stereotype, which is that his people are idiots who scavenge around for simple crumbs and are very violent, with a very odd accent that doesn’t exist. He wishes to be the legend he was supposed to represent. Homeland: Gerudo Desert Relatives: Mother is deceased, father and a little sister alive with neighbors. Current Location: A small camp in the Gerudo Desert, away from the natives. Occupation: Scout and Knight
Optional Music: Battle theme:Here Character theme:Here Voice: somewhat gruff and quiet, monotone usually, medium brass, muffled slightly by the straps over his mouth Other: Nicknames: Among his village: Hero Among the outsiders: Scavenger

Clothing Character Likes Wearing: She wears a long white dress.
Personality Good traits: Helpful, wise, considerate, and intelligent. Bad Traits: She seems to care more for others than she does herself. Likes: being around people, singing, playing instuments and games. Dislikes: Pessimistic people, not learning from mistakes/ making mistakes more than once. Fears: Spiders and death. Habits: She seems to lose focus too much, and she is constantly touching things when nervous.
Fighting Abilities: She can read people extremely well. Weapons: She has a bow and arrow with her always, and occasionally, she carries around a staff. Strengths: She has an advantage when her enemies have long ranged weapons. Weaknesses: She does not do so well against a sword or staff, or any type of magic.

Her dad worked as a bodyguard for Hyrule, and her mom was an expert at combat, often helping Hyrule in their quests against evil. (Not playing any 'Big' roles though.) When she was little, her father died of an illness soon after he retired his job as a bodyguard. Not long after that, her older sister, Elaine, got married and moved out of the house. Since then, she has been living the past three years in training. Her mother taught her how to master both the bow and arrow, and a staff. Her and her little sister, Cathrine, have been taking up the chores around the house until they were to move out. Violet wants to soon be a nurse for Hyrule in hopes that one day she may work for the Princess. Homeland: She grew up in Hyrule Village. The Basics Username: Abhann Character's Full Name: Charlotte Jaye Abrinne Gender: Female Race: Hylian Age and Birthday: 19, October 17th Height and Weight: 5"6, 120 lbs. Body Type: Petit Eye Color: Dark Blue Hair: Her hair is silky, straight and extremely blonde, almost white, falling about an inch past her shoulders. Facial features: She has a heart-shaped face, with a thin and slightly pointed nose and normal-sized lips. Her eyes are set apart normally. Skin Tone: Pale Distinguishing Marks: She has a thin but long scar on her left shoulder from a fight. Clothing Character Likes Wearing: Mostly she'll wear a black leotard with knee-high black boots and sheer white tights. She almost always wears a black cloak (with a large hood) that goes to her hips.
Personality Good traits: Strong-willed, Resourceful, quick-witted, and sharp. Bad Traits: Too independent, hard-headed, and bossy. Likes: Charlotte prefers solitude over hectic-ness. If she can go into her study and work on her own she's totally fine with it. She also likes working alone. Along with that she finds brainteasers sort of fun and easy to concentrate on. Charlotte also likes secrets and listening to them, especially because she can use it as something to barter. Dislikes: Working with others. She feels teamwork takes too long and you're given the responsibility of looking after your partner. Charlotte also hates being too idle, she always needs something to tinker with. Fears: Being "tied" to something. She doesn't like marriage, doesn't like living somewhere for too long. It makes her feel like people have found out too much about her. With that, she also fears people figuring her out. Charlotte feels its interrogative and it makes her nervous. Habits: She'll wring her hands a lot when standing still.
Fighting Abilities: She is extremely advanced when it comes to telepathy. She can communicate through brainwaves, and can push images into other people's minds. Charlotte is also a novice telekenetic. Weapons: None, usually she'll rely on her magic to fight. Strengths: Her magic. She is a very strong mage. Along with that she's pretty acrobatic. Weaknesses: She can't use any weaponry. Charlotte never learned how to use swords or bows and arrows, nothing. She also has weaker arm strength.
Past and Present Biography: Growing up, Charlotte led a pretty average life. Her mother ran a fruit shop at the Market, while her father was a lumberjack. She'd often help her mother pick berries, apples, and other fresh fruits from the large garden in their backyard. Both her parents were kind and loving, and got along with most everyone. Charlotte was sort of the quiet child, didn't really speak out too much. Instead of going to play with the other children, she'd stay holed up in her room reading a book or working on a puzzle. Going to play ball or run around like maniacs was never really alluring to her 9-year-old self. At ten, she found out about her telepathic and telekenetic abilities when she tried speaking to her mom and ended up sending it to her in her head. Charlotte also had been asked to pass the soup at the dinner table once, and when she reached for it the bowl flung itself straight onto the floor. Her parents were all over the idea that their baby was unique from the others, so they hired a magic tutor to teach her how to harness her power. She stopped going to that tutor at eighteen. Around thirteen, she started hanging out with the shadier crowds in Hyrule. She dressed darker, stayed outside in the later hours, never came home until very early in the morning. Sneaking out was something regular for her, and something she was fortunately pretty good at. If she were to be caught she'd never be able to leave the house under her father's watch. When she was fifteen, and had snuck out like usual, she was attacked by a gang of people who were "enemies" with her circle of friends. They won the fight, but Charlotte's shoulder had a large gash running through it. That's how she received the scar on her back. To this day she still doesn't know why she accepted working for Ganondorf at seventeen. Charlotte thinks its a form of rebellion, and in it will gain more knowledge overall. Her parents don't know where she is or who she's sided with, and she doesn't want them to know, because she still cares about them and wouldn't want them devastated at what she's become. Charlotte mainly trains with Ganondorf's minions, because she isn't strong enough to really do damage to Hyrule with him yet. A recent advancement in her telepathic abilities has Ganon interested, though. Charlotte could finally be of use to him... Homeland: Castle Town Market Relatives: Charlotte has no siblings. Her mother is Jeane May Hughes-Abrinne, and her father is Charles Roy Abrinne. Both are still living in Castle Town. Current Location: She doesn't have a permanent location, but she's currently residing at Ganondorf's Castle. Occupation: She works for Ganondorf.

Clothing Character Likes Wearing: An eerie mask, hooded shirt, spiky shoulder pads, thick armour on chest and gauntlets, knee pads, and boots. Also heavy, baggy pants.
Personality Good traits: Independent, courageous, and serious. Bad Traits: Violent, rude, and incapable of compassion. Likes: Destruction, fighting, and winning. Dislikes: People who he finds annoying, insults to his intelligence, and objects he can't squish or break. Fears: Water, and ice. Habits: Cracking his knuckles, letting out random grunts, and breathing deeply for no reason.
Fighting Abilities: Extreme strength, even for a goron, and a harder skeleton/skin, along with darkness-laced attacks. Weapons: Gigantic sledgehammer. (Looks like this, and proportioned like it to to fit his size) Giant axe (normally kept mounted on his back) Strengths: Can attack and take blows with less recoil, rolling does more damage due to spikes, resistance to fire and heat, and it's a little harder to cut his skin. Weaknesses: Somewhat slow in running and attacking multiple times, ice and cold hurt him much more than other attacks and inhibit his already slow speed.
Past and Present Biography: Durzo Varten acted as pest control in the mines, keeping dodongoes, fire bats and other creatures from both getting out of the mine and attacking the village, and keep them from interrupting the miners. He killed them every time, even when he could have simply driven them back. He was truly destructive, making him stand out amongst most Gorons who are very peaceful. After a while, he grew restless because he had diminished the numbers of the monsters so much that he couldn't quench his thirst. He finally turned onto other Gorons in his neighborhood, finally provoking the others into violence. He was going to be captured in the mines, but he rebelled. During his attempt to escape, he spent too long in the lava and burned his body. They later caught up to him, forcing him to fight. After the clash, he was scarred many times, soon grabbing some clothes and leaving. He tried to be a mercenary, but even then his bloodthirstiness was too great. He now rampages through small towns occasionally, eventually called a 'Golem' because he had the strength and power of a goron, but the mental stability and peacefulness of a compulsive serial killer. He sleeps in a cavern near the mines in Death Mountain, the only time anyone is safe. The towns are so small and there are so many that he isn't a constant problem to be dealt with, but he still massacres hundreds on the occasion. He has a bounty on his head in almost every part of Hyrule. Homeland: Used to be Death Mountain Relatives: None left. Current Location: small, hidden tunnel and chamber near Death Mountain that is close to mines. Occupation:Used to be soldier, mercenary, then simply an unemployed worker.
Optional Music: Battle Theme Character Theme Voice: Extremely deep and sounds a bit like the stereotypical 'dumb' voice, has a slight drag or slur in each word to the next. Nicknames: Golem

Zelda, Princess of HyruleI had a d r e a m . . . The morning sun's light pierced through the thin clouds, illuminating Castle Town with its warm shine. The rays cast themselves across the cobblestone ground of the markets, the wooden buildings, stretching beyond the hills, up the marble stairs and onto the tall castle standing proudly over the village. Residents of this thriving community began peeking their heads out of doors and windows of cottages and huts. They emerged from the dwellings, picking up bales of hay, heading over to their gardens with baskets, lifting heavy crates and beginning walks across town. People began their regular day and no one complained. Things were running well, there was nothing to complain about. No threats hanging over their hearts, no Ganondorf to wreck their lives. Everyone happily whistled while they worked without a care in the world. It was a different story for a certain member living in the Castle. Go up the winding staircase to the right, make two lefts, and then take another staircase up a tower and you'll find a grand, Victorian-styled bedchamber fit for royalty... because it was for royalty. The Princess tossed and turned in her bed with no relief. Her mind had whisked her away to an alternate universe, a Hyrule where nothing was calm, nothing was good, everything was falling apart at the seams. ... She dodged to the left, avoiding a crashing tower. Fires swallowed buildings whole, the prominent smell of smoke floating around. Her lungs were filled with sulfur, and she choked violently as the flames around her rose higher and higher. She had to find air, had to find some sort of refuge. Yet everything around her burned, there was nowhere. Stumbling across charred bodies and debris, she tried maneuvering her way out of the maze created by the fire. A nagging feeling ate away at her conscience, as if she could've stopped this, could've stopped the massacre entirely. Her foot met with a corpse, and she toppled over with a small yelp. A sickening cackle echoed around the village, followed by more screams and the crumbling of another building or two. The enemy was near. The Princess had to escape, and fast. As she stood up to try running away, she was stopped by a hard grip on her shoulder. She was spun around, looking straight into the eyes of Ganondorf. "I win." He growled, raising his sword high above his head and- "AAH!" Zelda bolted upward, panting with her eyes wide open and her hair a mess. Silently she slid out of bed, cautiously walking around her room to make sure it was actually real. Everything looked the same. Her vanity remained in the left corner, dresser next to it with her armor and weaponry by it as normal. Things were alright, she was alright. "Things are alright, I am alright." With a sigh, she smoothed out her nightgown. A brush lay on the nightstand next to her, so she picked it up and began working through the knots in her somewhat matted hair. Once it was fixed, she walked over to the large, arched window in her chambers, placing her hands on the cold white stone and leaning forward a little. The cool spring air felt good against her hot skin. She took in breaths of it gratefully. Zelda stared out at the brilliant scenery splayed in front of her. How she loved the place. How she'd do anything to protect it. Hyrule seemed so picture perfect, but why were her dreams so destructive?
This time, he won.
