Wow that literally felt just like the book. That was a perfect Katniss. Not so sure about rue. She seemed a little to old. And she was Dark-skinned in the book. Other than that, It was fantastic. Brought I the real emotions in just ike when I read it.

Rainan98 Wow that literally felt just like the book. That was a perfect Katniss. Not so sure about rue. She seemed a little to old. And she was Dark-skinned in the book. Other than that, It was fantastic. Brought I the real emotions in just ike when I read it. I agree 100% with everything you just said. But all in all, it's great! It's hard to believe this is just a fan vid!

That was fan made??? WOW, THAT WAS AWESOME....followed it perfectly. Now that director for that vid should be the director for the movie. That even shocks me its fan made.

Brought tears to my eyes, very emotional : ( They should be making that MOVIE I'm told that that video is 100% fan-made. I'm not entirely sure that you'd call that 100% fan made. It was produced by a casting agency called Mainstay Pro, and was directed by John Lyde. Here is the Wiki (and info) on the short film. I, myself, enjoyed it. The casting for Rue and Glimmer was off. However, I did like the girl who played Katniss. Also, the events in the short film didn't match the story exactly, but I'm not about to get greedy(;

I thought it was Clove since she was the knife lover. The book never mentions Glimmer stabbing someone. Maybe at Cornucopia but that scene in the film was in the woods.

Rue is also supposed to be black. The actress playing Katniss is actually pale, blonde and blue eyed so at least they took the effort to change her.

The actress playing Katniss is actually pale, blonde and blue eyed so at least they took the effort to change her. when i read the book the first time i pictured Rue like she was here, but when i read it the second time i read that she was black.I pictured the forest more green because Katniss slept in a Willow tree the first day,but the forest went with the mood of the video here.Considering as u said Katniss was blond , they did an excellent job here
