Seriously. Suggest me songs guys. My itunes has been blaring nothing but Rebellion for an entire day :ugh
I'd rather that no one suggest me kpop or jpop. I love that genre, but please, I have too much on my playlist.
I'm looking mostly rock, pop, pop rock, but any other genre works well. bonus plus if you include oldies. I like lettermen btw :Y American songs > Asian songs atm. NO BEIBER. JESUS I HATE HIM :C

Vanessa Carlton.
If her name sounds familiar, that's probably because it is. In the earlier years of the 21st century, she came out with three pop hits titled '1000 Miles', 'Ordinary Day', and 'White Houses'. But since then, she has fallen off the mainstream radar, mostly because her record label dropped her. About two years ago she finally came out with a new album, but has yet to regain her former popularity. Her three albums so far are called 'Be Not Nobody', 'Harmonium', and 'Heroes and Thieves'. Besides singing, she is a talented dancer and pianist (she plays the piano parts in practically all of her songs herself). Her songs contain a lot of metaphors and are written like poetry. She did some background singing for the Counting Crows' song 'Big Yellow Taxi'.
Tl;dr: once popular, very poetic.

I wrote the many things that I wished for on the corner of a note As the door was closed, and could not be opened at all I have a good amount [200+ songs] on my profile. Feel free to ignore the J-Pop music there. Eventually I was left alone, unable to understand the ways of adults As I thought, the world is still unchanged today
