I want to hookup my PS3 to my pc to play on my monitor.
I have a HD monitor ( don't know if that makes a dif. or not)
what would ihave to need /do to hookup to my PC?
I know how to do wired internet, that's the easy one. xD
but everything else, no clue.

just get a hdmi cable and plug it up lol

im sorry, thats not true at all. HDMI is only an output cable, not an input. if your laptop has an hdmi cable, all you can do is put your computer screen on other screens >> you cannot use the hdmi cable to use your laptop as a monitor. it just does not work that way. sorry

ddrtidus im sorry, thats not true at all. HDMI is only an output cable, not an input. if your laptop has an hdmi cable, all you can do is put your computer screen on other screens >> you cannot use the hdmi cable to use your laptop as a monitor. it just does not work that way. sorry it's a Desktop.

I just wanted to ask first. ^^ yeah coolio coolio and think on the up side if it dosent work then its nice to have an hdmi cable in case you bring you ps3 somewhere with HD or you get a compatible tv
