I just failed at my first attempt at Frontier Skies.
Does anyone have any tips or pointers before I try again? I know it's probably a waste of time but I'm pretty bored right now, so what the heck? rofl

Put all your loot into ammo. Kill off one or two crew members as soon as you can. Heal when they get to fair/good. Do not waste any ammo, aim as best as you can.

I HATE that game. I beat it one time, and fail the rest. It wouldnbt be so bad if it didnt take you 30 minutes per game just to fail and start over.
However...
HUNTING TIP:
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE HUNT, REFRESH THE PAGE BEFORE YOU CLICK TO CONTINUE. YOU WILL START WHERE YOU WERE, AS IF YOU NEVER HUNTED:
ON A SECOND NOTE: If you need food badly, and 1 hunt isn't going to cover the next 100miles to hunt again, save and exit, then continue, and you can hunt again immediately.

I beat all the guides. If you get to Carl, DO NOT SHOOT ANY ELK. He will kill all of your crew if you do.
Killing off some crew helps maintain food. You get a lower score, but the point of the game is to get the item from winning, unless you want a high score.

Another thing: which guide is the best for an easy win, other than Carl?
Or does it vary?

Diedrich
Sam
Edmund
Louie
Carl
from easiest to hardest, but I'm not entirely sure. Louie wastes so much crap.

And airships? I used the Cruiser last time, and it wasn't much of a problem except for time.

I used the average, and the fast/small ship. Average for the harder ones, fast/small for the easier ones. It doesn't matter, really.
