Yes, its just announced, ME2 will be coming to the PS3, and ME3 will also be coming when it launches sometimes likely next year. The release date for ME2 on the PS3 is Jan 2011, it is a port HOWEVER, since ME2 was influenced by choices of ME1 (which will not be ported), they are adding to the game to try and make the introduction to the universe much more "1st timer" friendly.

I am going to assume a bit, and judging from snippets in other non-locked down threads, that they plan on making a way to let PS3 players have atleast some of the key choices of ME, so that they can have a more varried experience for ME3.

Keep in mind that this annoucnment has caused ALL the 360 fanboys to go mad, I recommend taking a level 20 Cleric with you, whom specializes in "Turn Fanboy". You will need it.

Myself, I wont likely get it, as I have it on PC, however I am very happy to see the release and hope that any of you that have NOT played ME or ME2, will join those of us that have in 2275!

I wish they would just put the first one on the PS3. Make it into like a bundle thing. ME1 & 2.

I believe the exclusive agreement with Msoft is the reason we will never see the first game on the PS3, concidering that the PS3 version of ME2 will have something in it to fill in that bit apparently.

As for Move support, I would not expect it, there does not seem to be interest in the Dev team for it or Kinect. That and you would have far more rabid fans then you know ready to kill, feeling they would have sacrificed on development somewhere else to "worry about something only a few will use".

Hmm well I cant really say, all I know is that Bioware Devs confirmed they are adding something to ME2's start so that PS3 players wont miss out on some of the key choices you make in ME1 that can be imported to ME2, because frankly, I dislike the "default" ME2 choices.
