The chatter box is for random BS, FMA related or not I think this will be a useful spot. You wont need to care about Literacy as much in this forum as you should be caring about it in the rest of the guild but pleas don't use l33t speak because that pisses me off.

Hah, Well, Today is school I was in Civics class and I thougt the subject was very contreversial, The question was " What do you think about the war in Iraq?"
At first I was like " I feel like we need to kick some sand bagger a**!! Blat blat!!
But then I remember past wars we faught in and From The Cold war until now, is completely stupid and could be really avoidable, but innstead lead to the Red scare, Iron Curtain, and other thing us americans fear and dont know.
On the other hand I can't say that we havent been doing some kind of change, but the costs really outway the few problems we solved. I cant imagine being in this war any further,I know it's selfish to say that when Im not on the front lines taking fire from some berligerent assholes, but honesty, the eutopia that we invisioned in the 1950's is soon turning into a 3rd world country......
Of course I didnt right that to avoid accusations that I dont "love my country" But as confusing as this place is, how ******** we probably are, Im not sure a small country like Iran or Pakistan could do anything worse, But, to all the soldiers on both sides that lost thier life, I can honestly say they had a bwetter use than putting a gun to a little girl's head...

Yeah didnt they say something about " If we leave too early we will completely loose this war."
I say pullem out and nuke the b***h, I mean, we already nearly killed of the native race, why not destroy a country we "DONT" like, I know that sounds bad, but honestly 3rd world countries like Iran should be disposed of, the prospect that eventually we will have a perfect world is just stupid, on the other Hand america needs to learn to mind it's own damn buisness and actually help nations that are still save-able Helping Iran is like helping a crackhead get clean, It was happy slowly destroying itself, you just sped up the process...

I don't think we have the right to decide who gets to live and who gets to die, I mean.. All the innocents... What did they do to deserve getting their skin melted and fried by radioactive particles? They're just living... They did nothing wrong. They're trying to be happy... I think we should leave them be in all honesty...

It's inheritantly wrong to just bomb an entire country just because of extremists that don't even comprise the majority of that country. And even then, such destruction on a massive level could never be justified. After all, nuking them would make US the terrorists.
And besides that- You want to make a place so Radioactive that land can't be used for hundreds of years?;

I don't agree on the war. I agree with Roy- Once the Government kicked in-- We should have left. It's such a touchy subject.
I am an American citizen. I do not agree with what we're doing though.
We're trying to get rid of the Terrorists, right? Sadly- You can only Prevent them, You cant exterminate them. Forgive me for comparing them to rodents... But you can kill rodents- but they'll just keeps coming. You can however drive them away from a place by making it less ideal?
If that make ANY sense. What I'm saying is we're pretty much trying to fight ghosts with swords. I know we're only trying to root the weeds, pretty much, but the longer we're there it seems, the more people hate us.
Even if we killed all of these terrorists... There will be another group to form within the next 10 years, and we'd have to start all over again- -Sighs-
... if this made NO sense-- I worked too hard today... -Flops onto her pile of rags and sleeps- And I'm not trying to attack anyone or start anything.. Just pointing out my view. =3=

And a good view it is... Im just saying that in this war, politics only hinder the cause, I mean look at Hiroshima, I know we completely devistated that place only because they drew the first blood really,thier plan were to imperialize the world and make us all live under the red sun, They had no right to bomb pearl harbor, yeah soldiers were there, so were nurses and kids and old follks who wanted to live in peace, after that we gathered billions of japanese-looking people and threw them in concentration camps, you see how much sense this makes? NONE.... war is just cancer created from fear and misunderstandings, and I can't help but feel like a total a*****e thinking about all the people who died in the mix, but Im more pissed off at the government, just say were there to take thier oil, cause honestly I think our job was done, America should let them handle with thier own right wing extremists or else thier government will seem like such a joke...>.<

War IS cancer. It just grows until one side decides to pull out.
Haven't enough people died? A few soldiers from Gainesville returned in a box. We got their government running, right? Now pull out before it escalates into a huge war... it's been going on for how many years now? Stop the senseless killing. Our 'Cause' is done. Our soldiers need to rest. ;A;

They don't even have anything we want theirs no reason for us to be over their Policing the country is the job of their own government and if we had left after their new government came into power that would have been fine. Opinionated Generals and politics are the reason were still getting people killed over their, they don't want this to feel like Korea or vietnam its about political and military leaders saving face its not like Afghanistan or Iraq have any oil all the oil is in Kuwait. I guarantee whats going to happen is were going to set up a permanent military base their. Like we did in Germany and Korea and so on.

Well anyway, I was thinking of enlisting in the army, but then again, I dont have the mental strength, endurence, iron jaw, broken nerve endings, or balls that qualifies me to be a soldier, navy marine, or Spec Op. so Im just gunna try and support our troops by buying as much crap as possible............ I mean, In the vastness of it all, there is like one person who keeps repeating the same things over and over.... next thing you know A new Hitler will rise to power, the dark ages will come, and so on and so forth, does anybody else here feel like the world stopped moving forward?

The navy is the easiest when it comes to physical training unless your a seal then its the hardest! XD
The Air force is a really good choice because they have the best benefits it would be very unlikely that you would go over seas if you joined the navy or the air force and if you did go it would be unlikely that you would end up in combat unless you were a pilot but to be a pilot you have to graduate college with at least a 4 year degree. Only Officers can become pilots.
I would have joined the Air Force if I wasn't worried about being away from my family.

Heh, yeah..... I guess war is just a permenent part of our lives huh? Well Anyway, who here likes Algebra? I just started my classes and I was freaking interested by fractal patterns... which I never be excited over math.... Biology is ok but It is freaking tedious...

Okay, you guys want my opinion? Of COURSE you do! blaugh
I've always been more of a humanities person but I like math well enough. I particularly like Calculus. I took AP Calc last year and it was really fun. I cannot STAND bio though. Or chem. The only science that I like at all is physics (I'm taking AP this year) and that only because it's mostly math.

Yay!!! This guild is so cool! we all of something in common, but we can still talk about random s**t!! Okay, I'm bringing up a new subjuct!
I have to go to a algebra camp cause I missed 3 questions on a 50 question math test... It sucks..... If I had only missed 2 it wouldv'e been fine...
