Gidgie.
Approx. 18 years old.
She was born in Germany. Her father had found and studied things on this so called "Parallel Universe" And went after how to unlock the door keeping them separate.
Blinded by his desire to be known as a theorist (Or Scientist) About discovering the way to open the gate- he first activated it. The gate took his wife.
He then realized what he had done- and decided it would be better to leave it alone.
Until he started feeling a war come on. He researched more- and then finally opened it again, this time the Gate taking Him and His daughter, Gidgie- She was about 5 years old.
The gate kept her body and soul within itself- in between the worlds for ten years before spitting her out in the middle of East City.
She has no memories of her life before entering Amestris. The gate having taken them to preserve the balance between the worlds.
The gate had bound itself to her soul- Sort of using her as a medium to walk in the alchemic world.
When she gets scared, or threatened, her eyes will turn black with purple irises and the gate's tendrils will reach through her, normally transmuting (or dissolving) the victim into itself, and back into the gate.
This takes a toll on her body though- the tendrils normally tear up her lungs and stomach, so she hates going into the form.
She can be activated-- almost like a circle- This causes a great deal of stress on her body, and actually opens the gate, the summoner is usually torn apart.
She's kind, and paranoid. She wears poofy things. xD
She's really mysterious. Even I don't know how to explain everything clearly without RPing her.;;

Here's something I did a few years ago. I was planning on animating it, but.... Meh. The timing is a little off, which makes me sad, but here you get a sense of Gidgie.

Annnddd It isn't about until 00:50 seconds that It actually looks more animated- It's supposed to be more of a storyboard. There are a few blank spots where I hadn't figured out where to put things...
But it ends at.. 1:06? ish.
