Anyway. I think I may have put this one up on here before, but if not here we go.
My friend has this new girlfriend of his he's been trying to do the deed with for a few weeks but anyway he walked in on her naked and she looked at him stupidly. Well he said he grinned and said "Com'mon Barbie lets go party." and said from there one thing lead to another.
..... COME ON!!! How the hell does that flibbin' quote from that ancient euro-house song get you laid?!?! rofl

I would have had a fit of laughter. I don't know, I'm a little odd so maybe if it was something corny/nerdy/cute I would.
But like not the first time having sex! If you're asking how a sentence like that would make a woman immediately want to have sex, I have no idea. Maybe she's a huge Aqua fan? Hahaha! Not quite a pick up line that would work on me...

That actually sounds like something like how I'd joke about at times... though I wouldn't just toss out said line to get laid or expect to get laid. If anything it would be more so to lighten the mood. Plus, I actually quite enjoy saying corny things for the silly little humor they can bring me.
My brother has told several people to say "Mr. Beefy" durring sex and they've come back telling him that they've done just that. xd
