In my opinion, and I know it will sound weird, but I think Linebeck and Link. The reason why... It's becuase I think they are more like a father and son type thing. Yes I know that they aren't really father and son but in a way sometimes i think that. I also sometimes think Link an Midna would be nice together... You never know... opposites can attract each other at times.

Honestly, it depends on the game. I like ZeldaxLink, but I don't like that couple in TP. I don't like Zelda in TP. I think MidnaxLink could have work in TP, but they can't really see each other in the end.

Ummmmmm, what does linebeck have to do with... Forget it.
In OoT I like the idea of him hooking up with malon for some reason, but it was at a close tie with Zelda.
In TP I think midna would suit them better but I know he loved Illia. (Although I didn't think much of her.) Zelda was kinda character-less in TP :p

She didn't appear to care for Link very much at all. she was barely in the game at all >w> and in the last battle against Ganondorf, if you get hit you can clearly hear her gasping

Maybe I got fur on her bed when I went on it with Wolf Link.

Zelda was mean in TP and she didn't have a big role like in ocarina of time or wind waker.

I predict massive flame war ahead... :/. But yeah, my Link is gay. Though, mainly in SSBB with Ike. Lady wise, I like Malon with him in OOT and Ilia in TP. Aside from that I tend to just not bother.
