A mythril coin is coin thats worth some increment of gold like mine is 10k

ChimeBell What are 'mythril coins'?
You can find a bunch of them by typing "mythrill" into the marketplace search.
You can't do anything with them other than sell them. The Mythrill Coins sell for the same price that's included in their name. The best way to sell them is by selling the item from your inventory screen. Some people can get lucky and sell them for more than they're worth in the marketplace (if someone 'stupid' buys them. Stupid as in they just don't know what they are yet).
There is no reason to buy a mythrill coin unless you see it sold for less than the price in the title. In that case, you'd make gold by selling it.
