Opinions on it? I didn't see any topics about it, so yeah. What do you guys all think about the final chapter? This whole topic is spoilers, so IMO you shouldn't be here at all if you haven't read it yet. Because I put it in the subject. So yeah.
In my opinion, I'm a little disappointed about Ed's alchemy. I thought it kinda wasn't really worth it, but that's because I'm anti-Alphonse. e___e; I wonder if Al and Mei got together in the end. All it said was that he was going to Xing, but it didn't really mention his relationship to Mei, though I think it's kind of clear she does admire him like a Prince Charming. Overall, I thought it was a very good ending, and I was pleased.
Other opinions?

Other opinions? lol it might not seem worth it to you but I think we all know Ed loves his brother a HELL of a lot so I'm sure giving up his alchemy was almost nothing compared to everything else they went through but anyway I really like the ending. I felt satisfied with it, unlike the movie ending from the original series. That one just didn't feel like "ah, this is the end' ya know? Or like that content sigh you get thinking about a good ending? Or maybe I'm just weird 'cause i'm an aspiring author and fuss over those sorts of things >_<

I Liked The whole ending and everything was sweet.Only disappointing part for me was not showing roy and riza together (I mean together not just a military picture of them)

the thing that got me was Hohenheim's death, because i got mixed feelings about it.
i was sad because he died, yet i was happy that he died with a smile on his face...
so i dunno what i'm supposed to be feeling now!
Hoho is my second favorite character in FMA (next to Ed, of course), and i would have loved to see him make up with ed in the manga (even though it's already been shown in brotherhood episode 63)
but i should be paying attention to the good things!
at least he's "with Trisha" again ^_^

I seriously, seriously thought he was going to design some way for everyone to give like a drop of blood or something, ya know, as payment. I mean couldn't you get equivalent exchange if enough people gave just a little bit of themselves? Who knows..

And yes, I am pretty sure Al wound up with Mei because of the picture it showed at the end of the series.

I only have up to manga 13, but online, I read the last chapter cuz I was REALLY curious. Edward's proposal to Winry...So awkward... mrgreen
I hope my future husband proposes to me like how Ed did.
