gonk ... Well.. That's actually not that surprising ._. Valve's stuff isn't THAT mainstream. I think... Maybe Left 4 Dead is the most well-known... Based on what I've seen at gaming stores and the like. XD But Portal's really, really cool D; Probably one of the very best puzzle games you can play.

gonk ... Well.. That's actually not that surprising ._. Valve's stuff isn't THAT mainstream. I think... Maybe Left 4 Dead is the most well-known... Based on what I've seen at gaming stores and the like. XD But Portal's really, really cool D; Probably one of the very best puzzle games you can play.

It's... just fun. XD I was just playing the first one (second one kinda won't be out until 2011) and it's not that complicated... It's a puzzle game! You have portals that teleport you places and you manipulate them to your advantage. And you put cubes on buttons. FUN TIMES ARE HAD.

Yeah, I read that after I sent it and was like "Boy, I'm not making this sound good, huh?" XD But yeah. It's fun :] I just played through like.. uh.. ten-ish levels of it *nod* A few more than that... ._.

There areeee... about 20-some levels (21 - 23 I think) and I played for about two hours and got to.. uhm... level 13 or something? But it gets progressively more challenging with longer levels and eventually you get enemies, so it's not as incredibly short as it sounds XD But I do like it. I like all of Valve's games... Portal, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2, Left 4 Dead (and Left 4 Dead 2) biggrin Yeah. The Orange Box comes with Portal, HL2, TF2, and a couple other Half-Life 2 episodes. *nods* Which is what I have biggrin

Pft, nowadays I just buy mine online XD I got the Orange Box for my PC (which is now playable on my Mac, mostly, yaaaay)... and.. Hm... most recent games I got outside of PC were ordered online, too XD And shipped to my house. Like The Bard's Tale biggrin ... And then Berry bought my Silent Hill 2, huzzah!
.... But I'm not a hardcore gamer. I'm a casual gamer ;D
