Eh. I don't really understand the point of getting an iPhone unless you are on the go a lot, so you then needed it to do business or check your emails and other s**t all the time.
Especially considering it's $200-$300 price tag for the phone alone. Then you have to pay for the expensive media pack on top of everything else on your plan, a case, probably a special adapter to charge it in a regular electrical plug, and probably some other things that people like to use with their phones.
It's awesome, but so much money if you aren't going to really be using it a lot. o: I know I wouldn't.

My Mum has one and so does her fiancée and what they use them for most is looking up facts, on wikipedia and google, when discussing things or to show people examples of stuff they are talking about.
Backfired on my Mum yesterday. We where talking about surfing in Hawaii and Australia and she was claiming Australia had a 20 time difference (impossible btw)... I said it's about 8 hours on the west coast, 10 on the east. So when she busted out her phone to prove me wrong I was exactly right xd
Only reason I knew that fact was the Suites razz

G1's much better than any phone out there that I know of.
Main reason: Barnacle Tether.
What it does: You basically get a Tether Router in the G1.
So others can use the 3G. However, it drains the battery faster than a cheetah running to a Gazelle.

Calling people.
That's it.
If I need something that does the work of a computer, I can buy a computer and probably find one cheaper than the status symbol in question right now.
Hell, I bought my D40 for less than that thing.
