Hallo ATG. I know I've been a little MIA lately. Well, that's because I've been preparing to move. I've got a great new apartment and I'll be spending this week moving my junk in. This means I won't be around very much this week. Also, I'm not planning to get internet hooked up in the new place until my boyfriend gets there (end of July).
I'll be in and out of my parents' house still, so I'll be sure to check in on the good ol' ATG when I can, and I will eventually have internet in the new place. biggrin Soooooo for discussion (so I'm not breaking the rules that I'm supposed to enforce): Moving, lapses from Gaia, how annoying is it for you to be without the internet, pick one or all of these and have at it.

Well. I just got back from a hiatus myself. I came back, and everything sparkles. stare
Good luck with the move. After I finished university, I moved to a new city with my boyfriend at the time and I didn't have internet for around 9-10 months. It kind of sucks, but you find better things to do. I was a lot more productive, since I literally had nothing to do but clean. razz

lol Well I'll only be without the internet for 2 months. And I won't be super far away from my parents' house, so it's not like I won't have access for a whole 2 months. Just no instant access. I think I'll be mostly too busy anyway xd

I hope your internet access isn't too limited, Kyla! You're too good with the conversation making to have you gone for too long!
If I didn't have internet at home, I'd just use it at work! I don't think I can go a day without checking the internet for something or other... sweatdrop

Well, I've always got internet on my phone...
But as for actually hopping on a computer, that's a different story...
Gaia's programmers haven't made the coding mobile internet friendly yet, so I have issues trying to go on gaia from my phone.

There they are a'standing in a row!My phone isn't a web-friendly phone in general. It wasn't built for users to really access it to, like, write emails and check their stocks.
It's a text-talk-on-the-phone kind of phone where one can get quick answers on Google (stay on it for too long and it eats away the battery).

She didn't really contradict herself. She said that if she's without internet unexpectedly then she starts craving it like a druggie craves their next hit. But I think she's saying that, with fair warning, she can go all day without internet so long as she's checked it once that day.
At least I think that's what she's getting at.
In any case, I hope your time without internet is productive, Kyla!
I don't like being without internet. I'm on the computer at work right now. And I have internet on my phone. I'm really like an addict.

Haha, I'm too paranoid to check my stuff if I was in an office setting. I don't even carry my cell phone on my person while at work because I'm scared I'll be spotted right away. I was a wreck inside when I started chewing gum and even that's not allowed. "Give them a twist, a flick of the wrist!"
