Pxndx/Panda (Spanish)

Maximum the Hormone (Japanese)

Alice Nine (Japanese)

Katreeya
(Thai)

Just to give a few examples of my favorites.

I'll admit that I don't listen to enough music in languages that are not English. I like the sound of foreign languages, too, which makes it odd that I don't listen to such music. I guess it's because I just can't find any of the type of music that I like in foreign languages.

nothing of any importance

I listen to a lot of bands and artists who use different languages.

Turmion Kätilot (Finnish)

Ruoska (Finnish, these first two are basically Finland's versions of Rammstein)

Rammstein (German)

Megaherz (German)

Helene Bøksle (Norwegian)

Metsatöll (Estonian)

and a bunch of other stuff in Spanish, Russian and other various languages. I loveses foreign languages, they always seem to have lotsa more feeling than English to my ears.

Ack! I completely forgot about Rammstein!

I agree with you though . . . I think a lot of foreign music just has more feeling. Especially when compared to what plays on the American radio these days.

XxX

By the way, I think Beiber is Canadian, which could explain why his songs are also in French?
