blaugh Sponsor items. Some love em. Some hate em. Me? I love freebie items. Sure, some of them aren't that great, but I like having some items that are replicas of things from movies/games/anime series I like.
For example, the Tsubasa items. I adore Sakura's cloak, and I don't give a damn how many "n00b" avatars might include it in a cluttered freebie outfit, I was so excited to have an exact replica of that cloak.
And when they made a Stephen Colbert item.... heart I was so friggen happy.
Today's new Street Fighter item made me lol heartily. xd The Chun Li pose is perfect...thunder thighs and all! The moment I saw it, I just had to make an avi with the theme "Kyla wakes up to find overly enthusiastic video game characters in her house"
So ATG, what are some of your favorite sponsor items?

...You know, I'm not certain I actually have a singular favorite. There are some good ones though. So many things you can do with them.
Oh, and I'm not dead. Just in case everyone forgot who I was.

I like this one. The other Street Fighter one was great too, with the spiked bracelets.

Here let me just pop up my inventory to let you know which ones I thought where worth their pixels (I don't keep any that don't)
The skittles hair is cute but way too colorful for my usual designs, Fai's coat makes me insanely happy, the Coraline stuff was cool, And I like both the street fighter items especially the hair with this outfit.
You are not forgotten Erverain.

I don't usually wear too many of the advertisement items, but if I were to pick a favorite, I would say the Mall Cop Shirt. The detail they put into it was fun and would be an interesting thing to make an avatar off of. I just forgot to DO one. ^_^
All in all I LOVE the freebe items, and I can't wait to get the Street Fighter one, last time I tried it didn't grant me anything crying

The spiked bracelets are awesome. I especially like that you have the option to just equip one on either wrist. It's the perfect detail sometimes. 3nodding @Sav: Yeah, I know that cloak was an event item and not a sponsor, but it was still a freebie and you rock it cool The Year One Armor too

I feel the sponsor items are hit or miss. Some of them don't really seem all that great, if only because it's hard to successfully incorporate them into an outfit (some of the Skittles items and the Dynasty Warriors one from a while back for example). But others are just great. I absolutely adore the Street Fighter and Tsubasa items because they just seem so well made for a freebie. And the Harry Potter items from a while back made me happy too (more the scarf than anything else but still. I'd love it if they made scarves for the other houses though~).
And Juri's crazy pod hair makes me giggle so I love it~
