Okay, let me clarify that title a little. What are some of the anime or manga out there you know of that just have the MOST slashable pairings? Now, I am not talking small hints here, what I mean are two characters that make you go, "no, they HAVE to be an item off screen or something," just because of the way they interact with one another.
I'll get the ball rolling on this. Right now I am watching a series called Soukyuu no Fafner, aka Fafner in the Azure: Dead Aggressor. For those of you who haven't seen it... there are two characters named Soushi and Kazuki, and they are the most slashable characters I have seen since Trowa and Quatre from Gundam Wing, and Kurama and Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. These two are best friends in the series, and seem to be obsessed with one another, or at least Soushi is with Kazuki. The way they speak to each other, and the way they look at one another jut SCREAMS more than friendship to me. Actually, I emo a little bit when it comes to this series because no one seems to have heard about it, or watched it. I've seen next to no fanfiction, very little fan art, and only like a wikipedia article and other small articles of the like out there. This is a real shame because not only is it a yaoi slash fan's dream, it's actually a pretty darned good series.
To get back to the subject at hand though, what are some series you have seen that have characters so easy to slash you'd think the creator intended it that way?

"Seriousness is the refuge of the shallow."
Kurogane and Fai in Tsubasa. I mean... it's CLAMP after all. And they bicker like a married couple half the time, but when s**t gets serious, they act like lovesick teenagers. Twoo wuv.
As goes for Doumeki and Watanuki. I mean, even Yuuko ships them... - Oscar Wilde.

- Oscar Wilde. This, ad infinitum. And on the more subtle side of "Kurogane and Fai are seriously quite obvious", there's the symbolism. =.= Dragon + Phoenix = eastern symbolism for a happy marriage. I mean, Fai had that big ol' bird tattoo, Kuro-pops had Ginryu, the Kudan in the Hanshin Republic, 1/2 of the time they have any kind of animal symbolism at all, it's all basically a dragon and a cool-ish looking bird. And here I was, trying to think of obvious things. surprised

I've heard many fans of Tsubasa say that Fai and Kurogane are insanely slashable. Now, I am going to be bricked, I know I am, but I was never into the pairing much. That is not to say that I don't see the possibilities as well, because they are infinite now that I have gotten into the manga more. However, Tsubasa is one of the few series out there where I am more into the straight canon couples, than I am the slash ones. I'm seriously a bigger fan of Sayron and Sakura, than I am of Fai and Kurogane. *Scuttles off and hides.*

I know it's not Anime or Mange but Remus Lupin and Sirius Black from Harry Potter. They act so much more like a couple than Dumbledore did with anybody so they have to be a couple.

Haha, no need to watch your step in this quarter, Hoshi. Not from me at least. With fandom, for me, it's often that I might expect to like a certain pairing, but like a different one instead, watch something for the slashy undertones but end up shipping a het or femmeslash pairing or nothing at all, or vice-versa, ship everything, ship pairings which have one of the same characters in and not feel torn, squish pairings together to make OT3s... In other words, for me, pretty much anything goes so long as it makes a certain amount of sense and doesn't squick me. So I'm not going to brick you for not fervently liking my OTP. In fact, so long as you don't deny it's at all possible for x/y/z reason, I'm pretty much chill. Because, for serious, it's awfully close to canon for something that was in a manga running in a shonen magazine.
Personally, I thought Syaoran and Sakura's adorable budding romance in Card Captor Sakura was cuter than Tsubasa's take.
Anyway, one manga that will be saturated with slash fans if it ever gets popular is di[e]ce. It's a josei manga with a mystery/adventure kind of plot, but there's a thread on mangafox even called "totaly shounen-ai, right?!" or somesuch. Kazuki and Haruki have that kind of close friendship, really, which means they could so easily be slashed, and the whole business with whatsisface in the white...

Gurl, Shounen is totally ghey. I mean, look at Get Backers...Code Geass...the Gundam series. I'm beginning to think that Shounen is actually Japanese for "bromance".
I agree that Sakura and Syaoran were cuter in CCS. and god, that show! That show is just blatantly homosexual. I mean, Tomoyo loves Sakura, Yukito and Toya are obviously an item, Syaoyan crushed on Yukito...
Another ridiculously slashable pairing is Kubota and Tokitoh from Wild Adapter. Those two are crazy attached to one another, I wish they'd just say they love each other already.

» Cast in the name of God, Ye not guilty. «
I'm not even going to mention any titles by CLAMP. Damn TEASES! Every SERIES there's one pairing. Freakin' clamp! stare
ANYWAYS! Naruto and Sasuke, kind of obvious, but... it's so canon. Also the Elric brothers >_>. I mean... could you imagine either of them being with anybody else, there's Winry but meh. Rikku & Sora are totally Canon!

Holy cow on a crutch how is it that I haven't mentioned Deadpool and Cable!? I am ashamed. Very, very ashamed. In any case, I'd like to direct you kids to the TvTropes' Ho Yay page for Cable and Deadpool. It's not mentioned there, but let's say there was a certain...tentacle incident. Allow me to quote; "ow! ow! hey—that is incredibly personal space there—ow!!! okay—hey—okay—okay—see, now I'm kinda liking it". - Oscar Wilde.

Sebastian and Ciel from Kuroshitsuji. I'm sure that the corset scene should speak for itself, amongst other things. There's also the fact that the creator is a Yaoi/Shota writer herself, so it definitely makes the hints intended. There's also Gil and Oz from Pandora Hearts (does it count if the relationship is one sided?). Most of the omakes had nothing but GilxOz fodder (the best one is where he confessed to Oz). And then there's the scene where Oz blushed at Gil's antics when he was drunk. I'm pretty sure they would have gotten together if it wern't for Alice being Oz's main interest. Aint love triangles a hoot?

Tsuki Nushi Uh...KuroganeXFai and RathXKarl (Dragon knights) are he only one's coming to mind. It's interesting that you see RathXKarl as a possibility... becauase I always thought Rath and Rune were the far more slashable couple. Yes, I KNOW Rune is married, and he cares for Tintlet very deeply, but somehow, just the way he dotes on Rath, and the way Rath kind of likes to keep stuff from him. I don't know, I just always thought that there was a few possibilities to play around with them if you dealt with Cesia and Tintlet in the right way... XD

Hmm, Raikou and Gau fron Nabari no Ou.
I think a lot of people also see Yoite and Miharu as a couple, though I don't personally ship them.
