I have a house, I have no dues because I can pay all my bills ontime and still have more money then I can do ANYTHING with. I have over 300K in the bank and now I'm deciding to buy something monstrous with that money. Yes thats right.. I am considering buying a 85-88 Thousand dollar Car with the money, a Nissan Skyline GT-R because theres a beautiful one of them down at the dealership in black metallic and it just screams in my ears to buy it. I went ahead and looked into all the insurance mumbo jumbo and all the other crap I would need to own it and feesably even if I get another job I can continue to support myself AND own one of these dream machines I've fantasized about owning ever since I was a kid. Should I really go for this since it's actually possible to fit into my life? FYI here is what I wanna buy for myself for those who don't know what I am talking about:

Don't ask me. I worry about whether I can buy groceries. sweatdrop It's not something I would put money into even if I could afford it, but if you're into it and can afford it, why not? The fact that you've put that much thought into it shows you're at least reasonable about it.

Buy a fleet of Pintos and host a private Demo-Derby; make the tickets 250 dollars each and and hold bets; then when the winner comes on by and seeks their winnings; give 'em a bullet, venture throughout the world, buy a ticket to space, throw the best hoot'nanny Ohio has ever seen, video tape yourself destroying a huge amount of expensive stuff, get some surveillance equipment and start a Battle Royale thing, sell your house; buy another in a lonely state like Iowa or North Dakota and make off with a cool mil. You can do anything, you're rich!
Also, it's a Skyline, dude. A Skyline.

I'm not one to keep up to date with Skylines, but wow, that's looking very 350Z-ish. Also, pretty sure machines>anything is just a guy thing.

If you have enough money then get it. ;p I'd personally get a 40k car or something with that money instead of a 80k one!~

I do think it's a little drastic if you would have to get a second job to support yourself and pay for the car.
However, it is your money, and if you think you can handle it, then why not.

I'm with Szen. I've gotta worry about groceries, & band-aids. I go through a lot of band-aids. Plus, flashy cars aren't really my thing, I dig old crappy cars, & even then I'd never put that much money into one. But like dude, it's your foldin' paper do whatever takes your fancy.
Also, I think it's really hot when Lici talks about cars, just though that needed saying.

I sort of began leaning towards and Audi TT Quattro, only because parts would be cheaper if I ever needed something fixed. But ugh.... Theres a Nissan Dealer in town and I took one of those for a spin the other day and it had alot of GO in it... Like the thing wanted to just go flying if I put the pedal down too far, had a nice purr to it too.. Not the fart can on a mediocre souped up Honda Civic that are not fast nor furious like the teens who drive it would like to believe, but it sounded like a genuine super car ( Which I would know.. my uncle has a collection of exotic cars of which some I've driven ) which makes me want the car even more. The Audi on the other hand is still much more affordable. rofl
