I watched the anime but I don't remember too much about it other than people having to have some sort of champion to fight for them and they all want the Holy Grail or something. The main character is this typical wimpy male character archetype that has become so popular in anime since the mid 90's and he can fix stuff with his mind or some crap just by feeling things. Then for some reason as the show goes on more and more of the female characters move into the guy's house but since this is not a hentai anime this only decreases his chances of getting a hook-up exponentially every time a new girl moves in.
It wasn't all that good from what I remember. Not horrible but I didn't care for it much.

I'm watching it now and enjoying it. It's funny how you say it's not hentai, the game on which it's based was.
