	Hey I'd like newbies to come here and then an older avi to come and adopt them to help them. In a week they have to tell the older avi what they learned and how good/bad they were. Be Honest!

	Rules: Be active and spend time with your Avi in Training (AIT) When you receive an AIT please message it to let them know your here to help mrgreen Have fun! Remember, you can use any area to help you AIT, and you can in public if you want! But really it's all about newbies getting to know others and being welcome to Gaia.
