Welcome, warriors. This is the border between NightClan and SeaClan. It runs along the rushing river. Here is for border patrols, conversations between Clan patrollers, and border skirmishes. You may also come here to hunt. Meet here for any patrols, fights, all that jazz. Mrr-rroww!

[A tiny white kit with blue eyes walked out of the cat door in the Greenleaf TwolegPlace. She wasn't walking in the forest long when a black and white cat appeared out of the trees.] "Mommy!" [she mewed and ran up to greet her. The mother's eyes were dead and her mouth was foaming. The kit looked up and saw the spittle and the eyes.] "Mommy? What's wrong?" [she whispered. The mother looked down on her kit and snarled, showing sharp teeth. The kit backed away quickly, her blue eyes wide with horror. The bigger cat padded up and sunk her teeth into the kit's leg.] "No! Mommy, no!" [she screeched. She shook her leg and her mother let go. The mother backed into the trees, not to be seen again. The kit whimpered and ran into the trees to NightClan.]

Troutail dashed to the border and found the patrol. "We need to get back to the clan. I'll head over to Nightclan to warn them about the birds you just need to go help at the camp".

She sniffed the strange alien scent.It was different.....well..."It smells REALLY bad."she mewed."I don't like it here."she said as she paced up and down the border, pretending like she was patroling it.

[Moonflower suppressed a purr as her apprentice walked up and down the border.] "Remember that scent well. By the time you're a warrior, you should be able to sistinguish different Clan's scents with a single sniff." [Moonflower mewed. She started walking along the border to the edge of the lake.] "Come on, we still have BreezeClan to see.]

 F o a m p a w______________________________ [Foampaw sat panting, waiting for Trouttail. When he did arrive, she was smiling at him, almost laughing at him..]
"Hmm.."
[She walked around, her nose high in the air.]
"...lots of things, mostly cats, so I'm guessing this is what Nightclan smells like."
[She continued sniffing, her whiskers twitching slightly]
"something...kind of like squirrel, but different...and something-"
[She retracted, wrinkling her nose and snorting]
"and something rather vile"
[she added.]

I had a fairly normal life, until the exact day I became an apprentice. That day, a badger came and attacked me and my mentor, while we were doing this exact thing, checking the borders. I managed to escape, but since my mentor pushed me away his fur got stuck in my claws. When the leader went to see him he spotted the fur on my claw, he blamed me for my mentor's death and chased me out. I managed to escape them, and I ended up in Seaclan, and well, here I am, a warrior for Seaclan. I'll tell you a secret, Ravenstar, she asked me to join Nightclan once again, an I simply left my old life behind, I walked out of the camp, and straight back to Seaclan. You need to show that devotion to the clan, can you Foampaw?"_____________________________________". . .is another Clan's treasure."
