Distraction. Lots and lots of distraction. XD Maybe hiding of evidence, too, if one is sneaky at it! And having a double to do your dirty deeds if you're not able to do the Kira thing immediately...
Hmm, but I'm not terribly good at lying...I'd make a baaaad Kira. XD Leave it to the pros!
