This is the first year I heard of Pi Day, which is an utter shame. I'm trying to memorize as many digits as I can.

My friends and I bought our math teacher a pie pan with the digits of pi around the edge of it a couple years ago. It was as a Christmas present, not for pi day, but still. :3

aretoo emmmahy Apple pie. Not the american way though. I must admit to being curious how your pies are made... smile I'll explain it later in more detail since I'm typing with the speed of light, but there's lots of mashed apples, cinnamon, grinded lemon-skin, and we layer it, a bit of...thin crust, apples with cinnamon, again the crust, then apples, and some oil [not OIL, edible oil] so you can remove it from the thing-you'e-baking-it-in later, and again and again and again...lots of times...then you bake it, and then you put powdered sugar on top. I might even put the translated recipe later on. ~Voila~

Agent_of_Misfortune lol when i was in school, the teachers would have a pie eating contest on pi day.... Mine just brought in many pies. I actually wanted to go back and visit today being that she'd probably celebrate it for this day anyway, but I'm unfortunately not that motivated.

I didn't get any pie on pie day! Not this year or in years past. crying
My favourites, yes I have more than one, are pecan, lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry and pumpkin. I have HUGE troubles picking between those! However I want cake now.... sad not good.
