I can't be the only one who is seriously starting to hate the copyright claims.

My second favorite AMV of all time was hit by copyrights!

yeah, youtube gets way too paranoid about its copyright stuff. im a huge team 4 star and yugioh abridged series fan and youtube is always messing with their stuff xp

I don't think it's Youtube's fault. It seems there are certain companies that specifically threaten them with copyright infringement and have to be taken off, because I've had a video before that had about 7 different songs, and I only got in trouble for one. It's not their fault other corporations threaten to sue the crap out of them. =(

I lost my first account for copywritting. But I think they just don't wana get sued! A lot of times it would inform me that I was using someone's song and they are allowing me to keep it it's the individual who owns the song who decides wether or not people can use it on youtube. And if you happen to choose a song where the owners are strict well then you loose it and possibly your account if your unlucky enough times.

I like youtube when it comes to my favorite songs, amv's & when it comes to the pet videos that I enjoy watching. I think theses two video clips are adorable when it comes to theses pugs.

Youtube causes viruses in our computers! BOO! I was looking up a site that was virus free to watch videos on( and yes!My Laptop was perfectly fine.)! It said Youtube. I went on youtube, and my laptop crashed! It won't even cut on! I will throw it away!

Youtube is actually in the process of being sued right now. They do that because they have to or they will get in a lot of legal trouble.

I had a vid of my rooster crowing,but it is now muted because of copyright infringement,but I also got permission to use "forever and for always" from Shania Twain cause they looked it up,it said as long as I leave it so they can see it they would let me use it.

Did you even have any other audio besides the rooster on it?

@Scuba: They're getting sued right now? Jeez.

@firestar: Don't bother throwing it away. Just get it fixed. Things overheat, things crash, and things HAPPEN. It's not Youtube, unless it got hacked. Chances are, a trojan danced on when you didn't see it coming. You can almost NEVER tell where a virus comes from, specifically a trojan. Do you have limewire on your computer?

@CCR: Ouch.

@Lago: It's legal to use a song if it's under 30 seconds. Was your clips under 30 seconds?
