i never really understood the concept of twinks. actively keeping a toon at a low level baffles me. well it did until they made the leveling turn-off. there's too many cool skills after lv 19, why stay there?

Some people LOVE to dominate other users in PVP. They keep a low lvl alt to pretty much massacre everyone since they have WAY better gear/stats and have experience playing with only those spells. I understand why someone would want to make a twink, but I'm personally not into it.
