 If/when you want your character to die during the roleplay, you can continue roleplaying here! StarClan has no definite leader, but all the dead clan leaders command together.
This is basically paradise for cats, so you can interact with other StarClan members, hunt on your own, etc. You are free here, so go ahead!
If you want to contact an old friend in the living world, simply post in that Clan forum, but be sure to state somewhere that you are contacting them from StarClan.
You can not Roleplay as a dead cat from the Warriors series, but you CAN actually create a character in StarClan before ever roleplaying in the Clan forums (a lost sibling, mother, etc.) if you want.

[Tigerstar stalked slowly forward. She could see the mouse in front of her and it was begging for her to catch it. Tigerstar keep her paws light and moved forward slowly. She was much better at fighting rather than hunting, but it didn’t matter in Starclan because you rarely fought. Tigerstar jumped forward as quickly as a snake and killed the mouse with one swipe of her paw. Tigerstar smirked and was very pleased with her catch. Tigerstar sat down and began to eat.]

[She mewed, taking a bite into her own prey.] "If i knew that starclan was this much of a paradise, i would've killed myself moons ago!" [The queen snorted happily, licking her lips after her meal.] "Night time is coming...i need to speak with the three again...it'll be hard getting Cloverpaw to speak with me again, though...i'll have to get Cometstream to chat with me as well...Galestar, if i can reach him properly, too. What plans set your paws in motion tonight, Tigerstar?" ...Now they're gone. So i break.

"Death is not the answer. I would've traded being leader if I had been able to live longer. I died young remember? If I may say so myself, I would sugest contacting Icepaw instead of Cometstream. I have been keeping my eyes on all of the clans and Icepaw is going to become the full meddicine cat soon and Cometstream will just be another warrior. If you wish I could give Cloverpaw a message if he/she(Not sure about the gender) won't listen to you. You know, help a fellow clan cat out."
[Tigerstar said calmly as she gazed into Doveflight's eyes. Tigerstar's eyes swam with wisdom and understanding.]

[The she-cat padded off, fading away, returning soon.] "Sorry about that...Spadekit was getting her broken tail removed, and i wanted to comfort her. Poor dear's in love, all the more reason to talk to her, eh?"
...Now they're gone. So i break.

SPOTTEDSTRIPE "Can you meet me half way?" [Spottedstripe was sleeping in a group of ferns. She had just gotten back from her chat with Rainpaw, who was safe in the medicine den, probably awake by now.] "Good old Seaclan.." [She said. She missed the days when she was a warrior of Seaclan. Checking the boarders, hunting. But she had given up her one life to defend her clan.]
