FAQ

Some of you are probably wondering "Why not go with the regular DA chat?" I looked at several options before deciding on one, and tried to find one that would be the most useful and convenient for the majority. I ended up setting up a basic IRC chat as DaMN are two SEPARATE servers which is just overly complicated to try to sync together. (There were a few guides, all which required multiple downloads.)

With the IRC highway it is easier to give members the option of web based or messenger based access, and it seems a lot easier to set up that way. IRC server information is easily listed, and syncs up with the server in the same way that the web based chat does. I also know this a little better than most other group chat options and have resources incase anything gets really fouled up.
