How do I put music on my profile page? I have tried to figure it out on my own, but I have no clue where to even begin... sweatdrop

Are you using classic or new style profile? The process is different for both.

You can see which profile style you have under your account preferences page. (It's also where you can choose which style you want to use.)
Go to:
My Gaia > Account Settings (or just click [here].)
On the top left, the third option down says "choose profile." You can either choose "classic" or "current." If it says "current," you have a new style profile.
I don't know very much about profiles, so from here I'll leave it to the experts.

Project Playlist is not available to people in the UK though. Hope the guide helps you some. If it doesn't I'm sure someone else will have better advice ^_^ Even the smallest feline is a masterpiece

Okay here's how I do it:
1. Go to playlist.com
2. Create an account really fast (I don't think you have to)
3. Search for the songs you want for your playlist. When you find a
song that you want click on the "+" icon near the multi-media
player to add it to your playlist.
4. When you've added all the songs you want for your playlist,
click on "My Playlist's" at the top of the page.
5. Click on the playlist you have created, and then click get code.
When you do that, look for the picture with the Gaia Emblem on
it. Click it and it will give you the code to put anywhere on your Gaia
profile.

Playlist and some other sites also don't work if you're in Puerto Rico.
