hey everybodey im kinnda a noob in the lolita culture do does anybody have tips on becoming more accoustomed to it or on becoming more lolita??

I'd say the first thing you should do is save up for a nice petticoat. The ones at Hot Topic are for scene girls to wear over jeans, so they're too short and not full enough. A good petticoat costs alot, but it's worth it.

Clothing or coordination suggestions would be as follows...
- Make it fit, a big frumpy blouse is not appealing.
- Tuck the blouse into your skirt, and make sure the skirt is on your natural waist not your hips.
- Satin is kind of taboo, it CAN work, but not often.
- Fear the lace monster.
- Unless your doing ero lolita try and get a medium length skirt, just around above or below the knee length.

Yes. Shoes. I don't really have a nice pair, but a nice pair of shoes that match your dress/style is also good. And socks. But don't go overboard if you're still new. AND! don't be afraid of what people may say about you or getting strange looks or anything like that. I get that all the time, and i mostly arent wearing full-on lolita. XD
