I could get down with this sickness can you explain the world a bit by chance? Is it going to only be a Dungeon crawl or will it have other aspects like spending much time in open areas?

I am not too good at writing stories, and so this is more to teach myself how to create a suitable encounter for the party level and as such will only be doing battle type stuff, and awarding treasure on a basis of wealth by level (ie as you level up you will get the difference between the current and previous levels wealth, to spend however you choose at level up). I think Diplomacy as a skill would be quite wasted, but yeah the areas will be varied.
