We like creating avis from people's existing inventories! And if you specify that you don't mind having stuff added then that's even more fun!
The other way to generate ideas is to run a contest. People are more likely to go through the effort of a tektek creation if there is a prize, and you'd be amazed what they come up with even if it's a lame-ish prize.
